Installation was ok. I was disappointed they did no grade the area better as they said they would. Water pools where it shouldn’t. Also there is a visible seam where they connected 2 pieces of grass. During installation was told the seam would be unnoticeable when they were done which was not the case.

After thoroughly reviewing your file I see the notes and the notes specifically state the the installation wanted the least amount of seams and because we cannot order a custom piece of grass in the size of your yard. All grass comes in 15 foot width by 100 foot rolls . So to minimize seams and patch work we offer the customer the options for least amount of seams. Unfortunately when this option is selected than there will be excessive waste. If you didn't mind extra seams we could have done your project at 1250 sqft.

I have had my grass now 2 years or more…
I have had my grass now 2 years or more and I still get compliments on how nice it looks and feels. Everyone from the salesman to the work men were professional and great clean up! I have and will continue to highly recommend Arizona Grass Masters.

Unhappy
Unhappy. Replaced our nappy old turf with new mid-grade for a service yard. It immediately showed the traffic pattern and will not stand up. It's just a service yard - it is only walked on 3-4 times a week for a just seconds each time. Should have kept the old stuff, at least when it was fluffed, it all looked even.

Excellent customer service. I had a concern about the rocks’ size and color, and their representative drove out personally to rinse them off for me to show me final size and color. Install was fast and we’re very happy with the look and feel of our artificial grass.

I have called several times about my grass breaking and I finally had Ed come out and look at it. He wrote up about the seam but not the actual problem. So I called and he said he would comeback and I waited and waited no response. Horrible experience.
