We have had Artificial Grass Masters do…
We have had Artificial Grass Masters do several jobs for us , two different homes in Gilbert , they are fantastic !! they do a great job , show up when they say they will and complete the jobs on Time !! We plan on doing are front yard after the first of the year and will for sure be using therm again.

No fallow up service
My pavers were done beautifully but my grass had big flat spots in it and he said they would come out in a few days. It didn’t, so I tried to contact them by phone and email for several weeks and never heard back from them. It has been two years ago and I still have the spots in my grass.

Customer service was great
Customer service was great! Their response to my issues/questions were answered in in a timely manner. Scheduling and installation worked with my schedule. Overall they were superb I would recommend them and use them again.
I only had one issue and that was one of my blinds that was installed blew off during a storm but they came right out and put it back on.

He made a plan and dealing the price for installing the paves in my back ,front and side yards.
We are very happy the work they did for my house. I am highly recommend for using Artificial Grass Master. They do a very good job.

Originally I wrote a wonderful review however time changes things. Come to find out an employee of the company stole my checking information and attempted to cash a check off of my account - one that I did NOT authorize. Now that it’s been over a year since the install I’ve got really bad seam lines showing
Update - I am SO sorry but I got this company mixed up with another company I was dealing with at the same time! This was NOT the company that stole my baking information and tried to cash a check from my account. I apologize! I will find time to contact them regarding the seams showing however. Everything else about this job was wonderful

our company has had no such incidents reported like this and being this is the first time we are hearing of anything like this please contact the office so we can verify your information and with your evidence we will take action against all persons involved. Regarding your grass I just finished reviewing the pictures and I must say you project is beautiful You are covered regarding seam separation. This is common here is Arizona with the extreme climate conditions grass will expand and contract with the weather. Please contact the office so we could come out and address any concerns that you may have.

Grass Masters not only were trust…
Grass Masters not only were trust worthy on quality and installation, they also crushed the market on affordability. I had at least 4 other consults and Grass Masters had the best overall customer service.
We have done our front yard and plan on using them for our backyard project in 2019.
