Should select a delivery company that is aware of the weight of what it is delivering and offer assistance (even if it has to be paid for) to deliver to the destination room (ours was ground floor no steps) and possibly assembly.
Some marks on the table do not look natural

I can’t recommend this company, I ordered a sideboard on 5th Aug, accepting that it would be delivered in 8 weeks, October. No communications from the company unless I chased up asking when can I expect delivery. Finally arrived in December, damaged, they collected it 10 days ago and I am still awaiting my full refund. Not a good way to treat customers.

Absolutely beautiful nest of tables raw mango wood in all it's glory perfect black wrought iron finish, and in time for Xmas so a lovely present for me thank you would 💯 % recommend

We are happy with how the furniture looks but not happy with how it was delivered. Sadly one of the boxes was open and damaged, the chairs inside look like they had been returned by a previous customer as they were not wrapped at all well and looked like they had squeezed two chairs into one box and just thrown them on the van !
Another chair was perfectly protected with wrapping and in the same size box on its own.
The dining table packaging was very wet and the corner damaged although thankfully the mango table not damaged at all .
Over all the furniture looks good but just a little surprised by the delivery.

Very impressed with quality of the furniture.
Our new build was a bit soulless and these pieces have added some style instantly.
Well made and sturdy.
Just make sure the delivery driver puts them in the right room as they are very heavy!

Products are excellent, only downside is the length of time for delivery. Placed order in September & still waiting for delivery of dining chairs in December.

Great service

Popped into the Whiteley store to look at the tables and was approached by the helpful sales chap. Went through the different designs and options and we purchase the sintered stone table. Delivered within a week and the team helped us set it up, very easy to assemble. Table looks lovely, staff are helpful just waiting on the chairs to come stock.

Artico were very helpful answering our queries promptly.
We are loving our sideboard - it is beautifully crafted.

Table arrived as planned and it’s exactly what we expected. This is our second purchase from ARTICO and if needed would definitely use again

Wonderful piece of furniture, we purchased the sunset sideboard in black and it's undoubtedly a piece of standout furniture giving us the look we were after. Overall, a well made item with a quality look, would definitely recommend

Lovely well made furniture and delivery guys dud well.

We just took delivery of a rustic wood glass topped coffee table. It's hard to tell the quality with online pictures but when it came I was amazed at the quality and build of the wood,metal legs and glass top. It still would have been great value if I had paid double the price I paid. I can't recommend this company enough. Seeing is believing and I certainly believe in Artico Interiors.

Lovely really pleased with our purchase good communication fast response to issue that were all solved quickly.

Table is ideal for our space.
It was an easy process when ordering and delivery was also quick...the online chat was also helpful.

Only negative is that it would be good to include some additional advice on how to maintain the table..i.e can it be varnished or waxed etc

Irony of this review is remarkable.
It has been 3 weeks now, 6 failed deliveries, complete breakdown of communication between Artico interiors and AIT logistics, neither of them owning upto delivery of the table (apparently one of the boxes was missing and lost) ,and both kept blaming it on the other. Thanks to Kat, Paul (from Artico) and Ollie (from AIT logistics) (all of who also promised me compensation) and nothing has been done either on the table or the compensation.

The only thing that was prompt is on asking me for feedback on the table (which hasbt arrived yet) - Very well done Artico!

Artico - I purchase the product from you, not your logistics partner, onus is on you to resolve the issue and make sure it gets delivered to me, I have emails from you saying "it is not our problem as our logistics partner has messed up"
