It was definitely worth the wait! We love our new chest, the quality and design is perfect. My only quibble is the absence of communication from Artico Interiors to keep us informed on delivery timings and delays.

I’ve ordered from Artico before and been more than delighted. Unfortunately this time the item arrived damaged after waiting 4 months for it to arrive (hold up at customs). The outer box was in perfect condition, so was either packed damaged or suffered a stress fracture by the door hinge during transportation. Obviously not the fault of Artico and something that couldn’t have been foreseen. Artico dealt with it very promptly and positively.

The customer service is 5 star rated could not fault this company . We ordered a dining table and coffee table both products were excellent value and very pleased with the design and the quality of products.
We highly recommend this company .

Good quality. I ordered 2 cabinets - Solid Mango Wood Highboard Black 100 cm and Sunset Handcrafted Solid Mango Wood Black Sideboard 177 cm. I am happy with both. Exactly what I imagined. They arrived with a very slight delay, although I expected them for Christmas. I was a little worried because I read in many reviews that they are quite late with deliveries, but it is understandable around Christmas. I am already considering ordering again.

Sunset mango bar cabinet delivered with damage. The delivery guys seemed very organised in taking photos to add to the file and to feed back to Artico. I also called them to reinforce the issue but have heard nothing in over a week. This is adding insult to injury as the cabinet was ordered in September, was delayed twice and then delivered 4 1/2 months later damaged. If you can find what you like elsewhere I would urge you to do that as there is no customer service to speak of here.

Let's start of with a 5 Star Review for the product.
It looks amazing, it fits perfect, it came built. Fantastic.
What led me to provide 3 stars was the experience of buying from this supplier and the delivery. I ordered on the assumption that it would be delivered 15th November. I ordered the second week in October, Notification email followed confirming.
On the 15th November, I was checking the website, and noticed the delivery date on the product page was 15th December, I emailed to ask if there was tracking information, it took 3 days to reply to say - yes, your order is due to be delivered 15th December, we're sorry and it will be 100% with you before Christmas. I wasn't hugely concerned as they had promised it would be here. 15th December, I emailed again, and they replied after a day saying, no, it's now going to be January.

I was offered a paltry £20 refund, but not really happy with that either to be fair.

Just to reiterate though, the product itself is stunning.

My highboard arrived in absolutely perfect condition and brilliantly packaged. It’s gorgeous.

The lead times are long and it is probably worthwhile keeping in touch with the team if you see it change as that doesn’t necessarily mean your actual delivery has changed - potentially a little confusing as they do direct you to the website to check delivery however it is is a gorgeous piece of furniture and really happy with it and the customer service received.

Absolutely great service, beautiful well made furniture, contac with customer service very easy, quick responds and very good at resolving issues. I would highly recommend this company

Despite an unexpected delay, the service was exceptional from start to finish. Communiactions were professional and precise, making the experience easy. When the item was delivered, we were more than happy with the sideboard. It is beautiful and well manufactured and has become a focal point of our house

Ordered 2 items. Had to wait for one of them to come in stock but the kept me up to date with the delivery and even paid a little compensation because I had to wait longer than expected.
Items delivered well and the communication on that was perfect.
Items themselves are excellent and super solid. Should last a very long time.

Bought a beautiful Nemesis extendable table for christmas and my god did it live up to expectations!! It is absolutely beautiful and the quality is 2nd to none.
Cant wait to have family around to enjoy it with us and show it off. Would definitely recomend!!
