Though there was a delay in delivery, Artico were fantastic in keeping me updated when they had received the furniture from their suppliers. In fact they kindly offered alternatives and their customer service was courteous and professional. Ultimately, the delivery was smooth. I love my new sideboard, it was worth the wait. I would definitely recommend Artico.

We love our new dining table in Apollo dining table in white marble and it’s an absolutely gorgeous looking table.it looks even more beautiful in real life and also very strong and good quality table.overall we’re very happy with Artico’s service and can recommend it to anyone

I was very pleased that after placing an order, all further communication was very responsive. The item (a coffee table) was delivered very quickly and looked exactly as shown online. The delivery driver offered to help unpack the item and remove all packaging.

I messaged Paul on numerous occasions, even before I ordered my dining table. I was worried how long it would take to arrive after ordering. But Paul was kind, informative and very precise. It came when expected and all my expectations were met. The dining table is outstandingly Beautiful. Absolute WOW factor with all who has seen it. Thank you

Item is great and just looks like the photos on website. It was on a month delivery but didn’t arrive, I emailed and got a very quick answer saying it would be another month. I could either cancel or get a good will gesture so was happy with that. Mistakes happen but obviously can’t give higher stars despite not being too unhappy, the unit was fabulous 👍

We recently purchased a mango wood dining table from Artico Interiors and couldn’t be happier with it. The quality is outstanding — solid, beautifully crafted, and even better in person than we expected. It’s become the focal point of our dining space.

I had good email communication regarding my order and was kept informed of availability and delivery.
The bar unit is truly beautiful although, if you require perfection, these pieces may not be for you. They are handmade artisan pieces of furniture. The handles and doors do not line up perfectly and yet this almost adds to the charm.
The mango wood is lovely and the brass handles are very authentic. It doesn’t look like a High Street item.
We love it.

Ordered the natural drinks cabinet, lovely quality piece of furniture. The colour was however much paler than shown online, we were expecting a mid brown but it’s more like a light ash colour. It arrived on time but delivery was made by a man and a woman who really struggled to lift it upstairs to our living room, it weighs 90kg plus.

The sun sideboard is fantastic. The only downsides were the box that smelly really bad and had to be stored in garage until bin day and the delay in receiving the item. Delivery was delayed twice and took nearly 5 months for me to get it

Although we had a slight hiccup with delivery of one of the items, this was quickly resolved with good email communication

This is the first review I have felt I needed to write, I’m not a moaner and as a business owner myself fully understand the impact of a bad review.
Very poor service- I waited 5 months for this item !!!
It comes from china, with poor advertising on this. Estimated delivery was 3-4 weeks which wasn’t really noted until I had asked quarterly shiploads I assume, then it was delayed several months after that.. emails were immensely generic and didn’t address the issues or have any answers. Generic apologies which could have covers many issues, not personal.
Managers didn’t ever call back, I genuinely just excepted it was fraudulent.
It did eventually turn up.. the courier provider was also late and missed the advised slot by several hours even through I was the first delivery..
Product is ok, a few minor blemishes and dinks but no point saying anything as I don’t have anymore time I want to spend on this.
