Excellent customer service

Purchased the Integri Italian sintered stone table. Love the table.
Had issues lining up the extending leaves with the central table. Artico responded quickly to our issues and sent detailed instructions on how to resolve. Used the alan key and needed a socket set. Took about 10 mins to sort. We purchased over the internet and Artico were happy to send extra videos photos so we could check the colour to compare against showroom pictures.
Customer service has been awesome.
Would purchase again from Artico.

superb, unique, solid, well made furniture

This is the second time I've used this young and exciting company. Last September I purchased 5 pieces for our new extension. They look fantastic. Every person whose seen them have fallen in love with them. They are excellent solid wood, built to last, designed beautifully to dazzle and make a statement ! So when the second part of the extension was complete we couldn't contemplate using any other company. This time we purchased 2 large scorpion sideboards, 2 scorpion bedside cabinets and a matching cabinet. Absolute perfection once again !!

Great online shop

Brilliant company selling beautiful furniture. Id already waited 3 weeks with another well known company. I ordered with Artico and my chair arrived 4 days later. Definitely recommended.

Rusty table …

We bought our table from Artico February 2025. Within 6 months rust was forming on the stand.
My wife emailed Artico a week ago and they have not responded, so I have visited the showroom today, to be advised that customer services were responding to my wife email as we spoke. 5 hours later, no email. My wife phones them and they ask her to check the email address she sent her mail and photos to. Just a note they charge for the 2 men to put your table together .....£60. they don't tell you at the time of purchase which is very silly as the table is extremely heavy. Artico arranged for the table leg to be changed the following week. They brought a table leg but unfortunately this also had rust on it as did others in their stock. They have put an extra coating on the leg to prevent rust coming through. I hope this works and stays. They got it right in the end.

We’re sorry to hear you feel disappointed, however we would like to clarify a few important points for transparency.

Your table was purchased in February 2025 and no concerns were raised during the first 6 months after delivery. The first contact we received regarding this matter was close to the 12-month mark, when the manufacturer’s warranty period was due to expire.

When you visited our showroom, we confirmed verbally that this would not be an issue and that we would arrange a replacement base for you. At no point did we question the timeline or suggest that the issue would not be covered. Our priority was simply to resolve the matter for you.

The replacement service has already been arranged for next week, as promised.

Delivery of your table was provided free of charge. The £60 assembly service mentioned is entirely optional, offered only locally, and subject to technician availability. Many customers choose this service due to the weight of the table, but it is not mandatory and is clearly presented as an additional option

We take customer service very seriously and always aim to resolve issues fairly and promptly. We look forward to completing the replacement next week and ensuring you are fully satisfied with your table.

Superb quality of the chairs

Superb quality of the chairs, soo soft and comfy leather chairs. We went to the showroom personally to sit in them and then even got a great discount! LOVE this company! Great customer service too, very nice people! ❤️

Good and Bad

Delivery and contact was a bit hit and miss and only any contact if I got in touch with them. Love the design, but for the amount you pay, the 'its handmade' shouldn't be an excuse for the the handles being lopsided on the 2 big doors so they dont meet, and for me to spend half an hour adjusting the doors so they were fitting correctly

We’re really pleased to hear that you love the design of the sideboard. I’m sorry, however, that parts of your experience didn’t fully meet expectations.

Unlike the majority of sideboards on the market, ours are delivered fully assembled rather than flat-packed. Each piece is handmade and carefully aligned before leaving our workshop. That said, even when doors are perfectly aligned at dispatch, movement during transit is unfortunately unavoidable with large, fully assembled furniture. For this reason, all of our sideboards are fitted with adjustable hinges, allowing for quick and straightforward fine-tuning once the piece is in its final position.

We do appreciate your point that “handmade” should never be used as an excuse for poor quality and we agree. The adjustable hinges are there precisely to ensure long-term usability and alignment after delivery, not to mask workmanship issues.

Lovely furniture both sideboards…

Lovely furniture both sideboards excellent only thing disappointing was they didn’t take any cardboard away and didn’t have time to check they were ok before the drivers left and one very heavy unit was upside down 🙃

Stylish, unique sideboard

I wanted a stylish piece of furniture to house my TV and electrical items. The Sunset Handcrafted Solid Mango Wood Sideboard Black did just that. It’s a lovely, unique item and we’re very pleased with it. The downsides are that the shelves are fixed (which I knew in advance) and the delivery took 10.5 weeks, which is why I gave 4 rather than 5 stars.

Very disappointed customer

I ordered the sunset bar on the 4th October 2025, I was told I would receive delivery around 15th November. I heard nothing. At the end of November I e mailed chasing up a date for delivery, I then received a text saying it would be delivered on the 24th Dec. I took the 24th December off work, to be here to receive delivery.
I receive a text on the 23rd Dec saying I would receive my delivery on the 7th January 2026, no apologies, no explanation. I wasn’t happy. I phoned the company and spije one to someone in the showroom and promised me I would get a call from customer service. I received a text from customer service saying they tried to call me and would call back. I never heard from anyone.
I received my delivery on the 7th Jan. I unpacked the box , and the cabinet is faulty. The doors are not aligned and the right door doesn’t close properly. I sent an email with a video showing the faulty cabinet. I
asked for them to order me a replacement, they agreed saying they would receive a new shipment the next week and they would be in touch with me to arrange delivery.
Today is the 25th January and I’m still waiting for. Date for delivery.
Very disappointed with the service. I love the look of the furniture on the website, and was planning of purchasing more pieces for my whole home.
I wouldn’t recommend this company , after the way I’ve been treated.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are genuinely sorry that your experience has felt disappointing, and we completely understand how frustrating delays and uncertainty can be, particularly when delivery dates change and time off work has been taken.

We would like to clarify a few points and also reassure you that we have been actively trying to resolve this matter.

On 22nd December, we sent a detailed email explaining the unforeseen port delays that affected your delivery, and we sincerely apologised for the inconvenience caused. In the days leading up to Christmas, we also attempted to contact you by phone on two occasions but were unfortunately unable to reach you. We did make contact in early January, at which point we discussed the situation fully.

Regarding the cabinet issue, once we received your photos and video, we immediately raised this with our technical team. While we initially offered a replacement from the next incoming batch (due at the end of January, not the following week), the replacement stock has now arrived and was delivered to our warehouse on Friday. As standard procedure, items must be checked before dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Our technician has reviewed the images provided and believes the issue is likely due to minor levelling, which can be corrected by adjusting the cabinet feet. This would align the doors correctly. Our technician, Alan, will be calling you shortly to discuss this and arrange the most suitable solution for you.

We truly regret that your experience has not reflected the level of service we aim to provide. Your feedback is taken seriously, and we remain committed to resolving this fully and restoring your confidence in Artico Interiors.
