I'm happy with the sideboard I purchased, it's the perfect size with plenty of storage inside, looks and feels well made. The instructions weren't the best but if you've built flat packed furniture before it was straightforward to do. Delivery was a little slow otherwise would have given 5 stars. Would definitely recommend Arthauss.

Brought a beautiful side board from them and it was delayed but needed it by a certain day so they went above and beyond and got it to me in time, it’s absolutely stunning and so well made total bargain, delivery men were lovely brought the boxes in for me so 5* from me and will definitely use again! Also the telephone customer service is great the woman I spoke to had me sorted with a couple of hours

Great furniture, delivered on time with no damage, the only thing that let it down were the instructions as some of the steps were wrong, which caused some confusion. But we would use them again.

I absolutely fell in love with this bed the moment I saw it! It looks beautiful and feels incredibly well made. Both the bed itself and the mattress are fantastic quality, and you can really see and feel the attention to detail.

The biggest advantage for me is how much space it creates. Being a wall-mounted foldaway bed, it completely transforms the room when it’s folded away and gives us so much extra floor space. It’s honestly been a lifesaver, especially when you want to make the most of every bit of space in your home without compromising on comfort or style.

The mattress is also extremely comfortable, which was very important to me because of my daughter. It doesn’t feel like you’re sacrificing the quality of a proper bed just because it folds away.

I’m genuinely so happy with my purchase from Arthauss Furniture. Beautiful design, excellent quality, comfortable and incredibly practical, exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering a space-saving bed.

Rubbish product received my order after more than a month of order to realize it was not worth the use after spending time trying to fit it together but it never worked as was missing hinges holes "rooms for hinges" ended up throwing it straight to the bin as it was so badly made & the glass on the display door won't hold with their poor sorrows & chippy wood for minutes. Waste of time & the money

I haven’t yet unboxed or assembled my wall bed, so this review is based on my experience with Arthauss so far.

The customer service has been second to none. The team have been incredibly helpful, responsive and professional throughout, answering my questions promptly and going out of their way to help.

They also helped arrange delivery through a third-party courier, which made the whole process very straightforward.

The bed has arrived safely, and based on my experience so far, I would have no hesitation recommending Arthauss. I’ll update my review once I’ve installed the bed, but the customer service has been exceptional.

Dealing with Arthauss Furniture was a joy from start to finish.
Ordering was very straightforward and delivery was prompt. The delivery guys were friendly and courteous and delivered the murphy bed to exactly where we needed it.
We’ve read on some reviews that people found the instructions difficult to follow, well I’ve found through life that preparation is key and that’s the case here, by reading the instructions from start to finish everything fell into place. I am 77 and my wife is 75 and we put the bed together completely in about 8 hours, agreed there was one or two frustrating moments but generally straightforward and the finished product looks great.
I would definitely recommend Arthauss Furniture to everyone.

The finished cupboard is very elegant and fits perfectly in the alcove space I needed it to go in.

The assembly time is 90 min but that assumes you can understand the instructions. I think the illustrations need to be larger and the components (screws etc) more clearly segregated. It's easy to figure it all out, but it pushes the assembly time beyond the 90 min window.

The purchase and delivery advice and the actual delivery was sublime by the way....

All in all very happy with the cabinet.

Very well packed BUT the hardware needs to be labelled. I spent far too long checking and double checking that I had the correct bolt or nut - which even with that I wasn’t completely sure was correct so made it a unnecessarily stressful process
Things fitted together well and seem very well made - but the picture instructions needed some further clarifications
So I’m very pleased with the end result thank you but the journey there was a worry and hassle

If you are wondering whether the products and prices are too good to be true, I've been there! I didn't months looking for a telescoping table that can be tiny for 2 portions and big enough to fit 8 people. When I thought it doesn't exists I came across Arthauss furniture. The table looked great but as it was a third of the (very over priced) alternative, I was skeptical. It was on a long lead time, and there has been another week of delay, but I have been kept up to date by a genuine human rather than automated emails. The delivery was accurate to the minute of what was sent me, and once assembled our table looks fantastic!!! Now I will admit we had a manufacturing defect with the extended section, but once again a human replied to my email and have sorted out replacement piece promptly. Sunshine it tells more about a company how they hand handle issues, rather than just a single delivery and Arthauss (Hubert and Kris) were so helpful!!! We now have a beautiful and super versatile table and I couldn't be happier. Thanks a million I'll be keeping an eye on the website for future furniture purchases!!

The bed was very hard to build. The cams were located on the underside of the build and this required the bed to be turned to lock them. During the turning process, the bed collapsed and ripped out all the cams. It was fixable with glue and dowels held under ratchet straps but shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

The cabinets I bought are very solid, nice and stable. I am happy.:)
