This was the first annual service after the boiler installation and radiator replacements in Feb 22.
The system had been installed in a timely, efficient, tidy and professional manner.
The installers were amicable and helpful, providing us with useful information about the new system.
The Annual Service was in a tidy and efficient manner which indicated that the system had been correctly installed and was working well.
Since the installation of a modern boiler our gas usage has halved.

The installation team were very helpful and professional. The standard of work was excellent, as was their cleanliness. Overall a hassle free service from survey to finish.

Arlow Plumbing are just a great, reliable team of professionals. Following some significant central heating work, which they did a really great job of we now use them to service our heating system annually. From experience, finding the 'right' people these days who you can trust to do a good job is a challenge, however we're really happy with Arrow plumbing and will continue to use/recommend them...

Had boiler and fire serviced by Arlow Plumbing & Heating and can’t state how much I was impressed with the service I received and the quick response to coming out. The engineer, Steve was both professional and friendly throughout the visit. He explained everything he did and why, answering all my questions every step of the way.
