Left my Tenanted Flat Without Heating for months insisting they had installed the parts correctly.
I ended up paying to Get the Boiler Manufacturers in to take a look & they confirmed LimeGreen had indeed Ordered the wrong Part.
So, I wouldnt touch them with a barge poll and am in the process of taking them to the Small Claims court. It will also be interesting to see there long winded reply trying to get out of it below, but I have all the evidence.

Fantastic company, very competitive pricing compared to British Gas. Fitting team were excellent, clean polite, on-time and great communication over the 2 days of fitting. Would highly recommend.

Following our boiler ceasing to work we approached Limegreen, from the very of the process (sales) to the installation they have been fantastic, we cannot Fault them and will be recommending them as the go to for heating and shower options.

Contacted Limegreen following an unexpected leak from our boiler which they installed 10+ years ago. An engineer arrived within 24 hours. Fault diagnosed, part ordered, and installed by Chris, who was great.

Communication via email was with Gwyn was extremely helpful.

Overall excellent service and a reasonable price.

Outstanding from start to finish! I called Limegreen as my boiler had broken down. They were realistic about the repair and its cost. I decided on a new boiler. 4 days later it was installed, competitively priced but above all excellent service. Karl the engineer was professional and efficient, moving the new boiler to a more sensible area, cleaning up and filling in any old holes left by the old boiler and completing plumbing work to a high standard.

Russel was a delight as were the staff I dealt with in the office. I would really recommend this company, as a dad and husband you want to trust a company to look after your family. Again, thank you.

Excellent service from start to finish. From the beginning Limegreen have replied to our emails straight away and kept us informed every step of the way. Our gas fire was installed today by Richard who was great. He was very friendly and efficient. He gave us lots of information regarding the fire and we couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received. We would highly recommend Limegreen to anyone.

We had a serious gas leak from our gas fire even though it had been regularly serviced by Limegreen. Despite our gas supply being disconnected as an emergency call out by Wales & West Utilities to make our home safe, Limegreen have repeatedly refused to acknowledge any fault or liability and have been completely unhelpful.
We will never use them again.

Excellent advice and professional boiler installation from Gwyn, Rhys and the engineer

I had a very positive experience with Limegreen from start to finish. The initial advice they gave on choosing a new boiler was clear, honest, and very helpful. They took the time to explain the options available and helped me choose the right boiler for my home without any pressure.

The installation itself was carried out professionally and efficiently. The engineer was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home, making sure everything was fitted properly and left clean and tidy afterwards.

Communication throughout the whole process was excellent, and I felt confident in their expertise. I would highly recommend Limegreen to anyone looking for reliable advice and a smooth boiler installation.

Not had gas before as off grid, limegreen talked us through the option of gas cylinder with new boiler. Couldnt be happier we chose to go ahead and it went seamlessly. They were friendly and professional, would highly recommend.

From making the first call too limegreen and too the installation of the new boiler I found the level of service fantastic.
Jack and Rhys were able to cover all aspects of the installation prior to install , sending all information through and advising best options. They were very efficient and quick due to my last boiler being out of action so no hot water or heating !
They turned the whole quote and install around within a week which was fantastic .

The guys who carried out the installation were brilliant , showed them where everything was and they worked nonstop getting the old boiler and tanks stripped out and installing the new combi all within the day.
Everything was removed and cleaned as if they’d never been .
Fantastic job and would recommend this company .

Excellent service from start to finish. Our Worcester Bosch boiler was fitted around four years ago by Limegreen and the installation was done efficiently and to a high standard, with everything clearly explained. When we recently had a leak in late Jan, their support was professional, responsive, and the issue was resolved very quickly. Reliable, knowledgeable, and great customer service — highly recommend.

Having visited the showroom in Cardiff to look for an electric fire place we ended up booking an appointment to be assessed for Aircon and solar panels. Absolutely no pressure but just a good, honest discussion. Jon and Rhys the sales reps have been extremely friendly and helpful from the start and having just had both Aircon and Solar fitted the process had been simple and straightforward.
Everyone I have dealt with in the company have been very friendly and I have been kept informed every step of the way.
On the day of the Aircon being installed Karl and his workmate turned up on time and walked/talked me through the best positions in each room for the AC units, I’ve never seen a team of workmen work so hard and barely taking a break.
Paul, the AC expert was a delight, super helpful and spent quite a while talking us through how it all works.
Super friendly and efficient, and nothing was too much trouble from the whole team. Even when I realised I had not checked the order correctly and needed to add another unit which meant requiring a larger external unit, Karl and Rhys made this happen even though I lived 1.5 hrs away from their base and only charged me cost price.
Everything was left clean and tidy and now I can have a cool summer.
I would highly recommend Limegreen.
