I should get 10% of 200$ which should be 20$ per month interest.paid 100$ per share and only got 75$ per share thru a lot of hard work and no help. Whatever. I have 200$ 2 shares that finally are available to sell today Feb 19 but they won’t let me and 0 customer support just a basic terminator chat bot. Thanks Skynet. Waited over a year to sell my property and they won’t let me. Overall it does work and transfer in out are quick

Customer service is awful
Customer service is absolutely awful....going on 2 weeks with no reply over my withdraw...so basically don't use this app...they DNt care as long as they are using your money....and the return on your money is next to none.

I love the website
I love the website. It’s easy to navigate and and very informative. The you tube channel answers a lot of questions and and explains things in a way you can understand. The only negative is that it’s hard to reach someone if you need something or want to talk to to a real human, however, when they do finally get back to you they can help and then they follow up to make sure things are working for you. I highly recommend Ark7. It’s fun!!!

Don’t do it!!!! It is nearly impossible to get your money out once you begin to gain. The gain is very little unless you deposit in a large sum, but you cannot get your money out easily.
Still trying to get my money out of ARK7. Not recommended

You claim "no minimum investment", but then you require a "minimum budget" of $100, while you advertise $20 per share(which is comfortable for me). Hypocrites..

Its a good experience for people who want to test the waters in real estate, before they go big.
It's been only over a year since I got my first rental property in Ark7. I like the fact there are multiple options to choose from and the UI is pretty user friendly.

Terrible Experience with Ark7
This company does not tell you how risky and illiquid buying shares are. Not only do you often have to wait a year to sell shares, there a good chance (due to their marketplace being so new and unpopulated) you may have to sell shares for way less than you bought them, or have trouble selling them at all. I had a terrible experience with this company and lost almost 3k. Don't let a small yeild tempt you.
