I’m learning about credit, Payments and Utilization of credit that’s been very important and helpful…
They are ripping me off
They are ripping me off ! They froze my card due to a missed payment . I have sense made all necessary payments even more than was required , they finally unfroze my card , sent me an email saying my card was active , o have available credit , yet o can’t make any purchases , when I have reached out multiple times using the chat I get an response from “Artie” saying my account is disabled as I haven’t made a payment since 2024 (total lies , I have screenshots of my payments) , o have sent a chat asking a support rep , o gotten an email saying my account is active from one rep and than get an email from another rep saying my account is disabled and I need to either pay off the full balance or make 3 payments (which I had already done ) !!
My favorite one to use of my credit cards
I enjoy the arro card. I have not built credit before, and I applied for a lot of cards which I probably should not have at once but I did anyways. This is part of the six that I have ordered. I use this one the most because the dashboard is very easy to use, and all the other additives that come with it on teaching you how to use credit, build credit, little things you can do to earn more on your credit card. I just like it overall and the color scheme is very pretty to me

Arro is Awesome.
Arro took a chance on me when no one else would. You can raise your limit by learning about finances and credit. Website is simple to navigate.
Horrible company i made a payment of…
Horrible company i made a payment of 24.87 and its saying my scheduled payment is 15 dollars when i clearly made a payment of 24.87 and it only took 15 dollars off my balance so they ripped me off out of money! When i contact support they do nothing saying i didnt make that payment which i have a screen shot of it

I have payed my card off every month and they have cheated me out of a month for the streak they say you get an it seam like they make their own rules up as they go. I also was charge for credit card swipes at 16% cost me 14.97 an i have emailed them back in November to take care of it an they still have not the support team very time I send in a support ticket I dont hear back form them at all I am still waiting on my physical card to show up I have asked for serveal time an they tell me you have your virtual card I dont like use virtual card because cell phone can be hack to easy. I make payment an it take them almost 7 to 10 days to process my payment an they try blaming my check account say it my bank when I have been use the same bank account for every payment an I had made a payment an they took upon them self to change how much i was going to pay they took an lower my payment by lot I was set it up were I payed half of balance an that way it would not cost me lot of money on my next check. They dont care about their customers one bit I have asked them to fix a link so I could complete one of their changes an they didn't fix it instead they end it an cost me 40.00 credit increase on my limit an they still have not responded back about that all an it been two months all ready. I am not impressed by them at all they said start you out at 150.00 but they didn't start me their they started me at 50.00 so they pick an choose who get the big limit to start and who dose not like I said before they make their own rule up as they go just like were it say make 3 payment before your due date for the streak their is no other info say it has to be 3 months all it said was 3 payment before your due date an they told me it has to be 3 months but they dont mention that I their streak message when you start out they are a joke

Im still new with Arro but so far I've highly impressed and 100% satisfied with everything. I started with a low $150 limit (thats ok!! Im rebuilding) there was no hard pull on my score. One thing I truly loved is if I make a payment towards my balance with a debit card the amount I paid is INSTANTLY available to spend again. I've recommended this to many people and im so excited to see my score and credit limit increase over time. This is one of those cards that I'll keep even after I have rebuilt my credit and qualify for one the "big boy banks" I see no reason not to keep this card. The yearly "membership fee" is fair I believe, they are giving people a second chance and a way to really build up a positive credit score and history.

Not A Fan
I have requested my actual card 3 times and have yet to receive it. And I’m not taking about days apart I’m referring to months. Also Apple is wiping my card dry and I’ve constantly disputed fraudulent charges. Not once have they questioned the very actions I constantly email about. In the beginning years back this actually was my favorite card today that is not the case.
