It’s not worth your money at all

It’s not worth your money at all. I ordered a ‘Juliette Halter Cream’ which I though it would be the full set but only the Top arrived. My mistake, but given the price of 132,95€ + 60€ of shipping fee. It didn’t occur to me that it would be only the top. But like I said my mistake. The quality of the item is really not very good for 132€. And when retuning the item, ARCINA Ori is deducting 33€ out of the 132,95€ that I paid and nothing about the shipping. And now I have to paid extra for the devolution of the item. So literally…I paid 100+ for nothing. Don’t waste your money girl, is NOT worth it at all. Like AT ALL.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. The material quality is terrible, and their customer service team will not get back to you. They make it as difficult as possible to return items. My experience with them has been extremely frustrating. Beware of Arcina Ori

The worst quality and customer service


I ordered a dress for a special occasion, and when it arrived, I began preparing for the event. However, as I started ironing it, I noticed that it was falling apart—the threads were coming undone on the seams on both sides. To make matters worse, I had ordered a size S but received a size M, which is far too big for me.

I reached out to Arcina Ori customer support multiple times via email to address these issues, and it took them two weeks just to respond. They eventually provided me with a return label, so I sent the dress back. Now, over a week has passed, and I’ve yet to receive any response from them. I’ve followed up with 3–4 additional emails, and still, nothing.

I’m now trying to dispute the transaction because, frankly, it feels like a waste of my time to keep emailing them and requesting a refund. This experience has been awful—easily the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. On top of that, the quality of their clothing is absolutely terrible. The dress was $180 on sale, but the full price was over $300! Honestly, a $15 Shein dress would be better than this one.

NEVER AGAIN will I shop at Arcina Ori!

Dress damaged, customer service sucks …

Really like my dress but it arrived with damage to it as seems were unraveling. I was told by the customer service that it can just be snipped off. Not sure when it was acceptable for a £250 dress to come with multiple seems unraveled. They replied nearly 2 weeks after my initial complaint. They said I can return it but it costs more than the cost to fix it to return it and they know that. No offer to cover the repair. Lovely dress but awful quality checks and customer service isn’t the best.

I’m really disappointed with my…

I’m really disappointed with my experience returning a dress to Arcina Ori. I returned the item the same day it arrived and had to pay for return postage out of my own pocket. On top of that, the company charged me a $20 fee—what for? Most other brands provide free return labels, but here, you’re stuck covering postage yourself and paying an extra fee. It feels unfair and like a complete rip-off. I won’t be shopping with them again

The worst and slowest customer service…

The worst and slowest customer service ever. Usually you don’t get an answer, but if you do it’s 2-3 weeks later. Sometimes i think their ignoring messages, because aint no way they can’t make time to answer. I love their clothes, but with the customer service they have today i will never in my life spend one more dollar at Arcina ori.
