I have just ordered the paloma dress to be shipped to Luxembourg. The process of ordering has been flawless. The size I ordered was out of stock and Jaimee and team have managed to have one from their warehouse which they are going to custom fit. Jaimee has been of a great help.
I'm confident the the end process will be as good.

I had an awful experience with this company. I ordered a dress and when it came it was a size too small so I immediately returned it. I had the dress on for 2 minutes and then took it off immediately. The company claimed that when they received the dress back it was covered in dog hair and they wouldn’t refund my money. Only offered to send the dress back to me if I’d pay for shipping. I had the dress for less than 12 hours as it was returned next day and only tried it on. Company claimed it was damaged and kept my $540! Buyers beware when returning. Take the extra time to run a lint brush over the item and make sure there are no stray hairs or they won’t refund your money or just don’t purchase from them at all. They’re overpriced for the quality and they don’t actually accept returns even though they claim to.

I’ve had such a great experience over the past few months. The team has been super, super helpful and always incredibly responsive via email, which has made the whole process so easy and stress-free.
A special thank you to Jaimee- she has been absolutely amazing, so kind, helpful and proactive throughout. I honestly couldn’t recommend their customer service highly enough.
On top of that, I absolutely love their garments- beautiful quality and timeless designs. Highly recommend!

It is insane that I had to pay 60.- for shipping and taxes to Switzerland and 140£ if to the UK. Additionally, if you want to return your item you have to pay the shipping fees to Australia yourself (approx. 70.-) and Arcina Ori charges 20$ for handling fees, for what reason? That is 150.- that I loose just because the fit and quality was so bad for a 280.- dress. Really disappointed. Never purchasing again..

Amazing refund experience!
Unfortunately my dress was too small and returning the dress was so simple to get a refund. Jamiee was so helpful and lovely to make sure I was able to return the dress even though I was a day late for returns.

Jamiee made purchase experience seamless. She went above and beyond to make sure I was able to purchase the correct size and assisted with the return of the gown that wasn’t the right fit. The product quality exceeds that of the fair price and customer service.

Although I have not received the dress, so can’t really speak for quality yet, I need to point out the excellent customer service. Jaime was outstanding and went above and beyond in helping me when I first reached out about my recently placed order. I received a prompt response (within 10 min) and always showed caring and support with my delivery concerns. Very satisfied with the service. If you have a concern, you will not be ghosted even after you have already placed an order. They have real people like Jaimee ready to provide support.

Not only that the sizing of the dress is terrible if your remotely slim be prepared for it to look like a big black polyester sack.

I had a fantastic experience with Arcina Ori’s customer service when I had to return an item that unfortunately did not fit. They were very responsive and always considerate, following up with me to ensure the return and store credit were processed correctly. The brand evidently cares about their customers, I would really recommend them 😊
Couldn’t speak more highly of the customer service I received from Jaimee! I placed my order under a week of requiring the garment for a special event, thinking express post would have it to me in time. However, I didn’t realise there could be a 5 day dispatch delay due to busy Black Friday period. Jaimee replied to my request for priority dispatch on my order so promptly and kindly. The order was dispatched almost immediately. She was nothing but polite and warm and super helpful. Happy customer here :)

While I'm happy that the shipping was super fast and arrived the next day, I'm super disappointed in the quality and construction of the $520 dress I bought. First of all, for that price I'd expect the dress to at least arrive steamed, not wrinkly. The material was not the best either, it felt cheap for such a steep price. The waist of the satin dress was also puckering on the side which could've been avoided had the design and construction been better.

Updated experience – disappointed by management’s handling
I previously shared my experience about long delays and lack of communication regarding a formal dress purchase. After my review, a senior manager reached out but refused to offer any goodwill resolution, not because of their policy, but because I had shared my experience publicly.
I find this extremely disappointing, as I made several private attempts to resolve the issue over months before posting my review. The response I received implied that customers who remain silent might receive compensation, while those who speak up will not, which feels unfair and discouraging.
I believe this response is retaliatory and unethical, as consumers should not be penalised for publicly sharing honest feedback, particularly after private attempts to resolve the issue have failed.
I hope the brand reconsiders how it handles genuine customer concerns, especially from people who have supported them in good faith.
Always a pleasure! I have bought off Arcina Ori for years & I have always found their team friendly & responsive. Incredible designs!

Ich habe bei Ihnen bestellt und es wurde ein falscher Artikel eingepackt. Zoll und Steuer nach Deutschland wurde bereits bezahlt. Der Kundenservice handelte umgehend und schickte mir ein Retourenetikett für den falschen Artikel und versandte den korrekten Artikel. Auf mich kamen keine weiteren Kosten zu.

It’s not worth your money at all. I ordered a ‘Juliette Halter Cream’ which I though it would be the full set but only the Top arrived. My mistake, but given the price of 132,95€ + 60€ of shipping fee. It didn’t occur to me that it would be only the top. But like I said my mistake. The quality of the item is really not very good for 132€. And when retuning the item, ARCINA Ori is deducting 33€ out of the 132,95€ that I paid and nothing about the shipping. And now I have to paid extra for the devolution of the item. So literally…I paid 100+ for nothing. Don’t waste your money girl, is NOT worth it at all. Like AT ALL.
