This has been the best buying experience ever! Everyone I spoke with has been prompt, friendly and informative in their response.

There was no delay in the process and I am closing on the date I was told.

**Update**

I get a call the DAY before my closing that there was some things missing and they needed to push my date. It was changed to a week later.
Once again, I receive a call DAY before the new closing date that everything is done but just waiting on underwriter to approve.
Well, that date was missed bc underwriter never got to it!
It’s Now 10 days after my initial closing date and still waiting on underwriter to stamp my docs. The lawyer explained to my lender that if I didn’t close on the second date they wouldn’t have any new dates until 2 wks later. I only have 5 days left on my apt.

So far I rate the people I've talked to which are Priscilla bill and Karen 10 they've been very helpful they've eased my pain taken away my stress and show me an easy way to do what I have to do it's been great I love to thank them they're a great team then I think they should be commended

I like how up front ad helpful John was in explaining all of my options, he was very truthful

We told Arc Home about our interest in refinancing our existing coverage with their company. They immediately addressed our concerns. We went through the process and was approved within a short period of time. They were well organized and efficient. It's a pleasure during business with them.

this company is extremely helpful, they are very kind and down to earth people. They made sure to explain everything to me in depth and were very patient, made this process very easy and stress free.

GREAT Experience
I had a great review refinancing our property with Arc Home. They held the mortgage previously and decided i would respond to them when reached out to schedule an appointment to evaluate whether it would be wise to refinance. Amazingly we completed the process in just less than 30 days! And that's when many others are doing the same thing! Everyone was super helpful and kept us on task!

Most incompetent people ever. I have never had a person in finance that did not know how to refinance a mortgage. We stated this process in Dec 15th 2020 we are just know closing the end of May. In the twenty plus years that I have had a house I have never had to deal with this type of incompetence. The person did not return calls or answer emails and didn't know what financial documents they needed. I will NEVER refinance with this company EVER. I feel that my time was wasted and I was getting screwed over on interest rate because the finance person was clueless. Stephanie was awesome to start out with.

I would never recommend your company. I had forgot when we got our original loan of never enough documents. Your underwriting dept. needs to be fixed. All you have to do is give a complete list of what you need. To tell you it is complete ready to close then 2 day later need another document. Then 2 day s later need something else. I sent the some of the same documents 3 times. I don't know if they are not organized and just lose items. Our credit is excellent and have been with your company for 7 years and never late. I told them that I was not doing this again to refi. You called us. Didn't need the refi so told them to cancel it. I hope to have you paid off soon and never here from ya'll again. Whats done is done and I would never use you again.

Was a good experience from start to finish, from Mr. Showers to Melissa Breen to the closing agent . They worked to iron out any rough spots along the way and made it all smooth. Thank you all!!

I just refinanced my home in February, but didn't pull out any equity. I called two weeks ago to see how long I would have to wait to pull out equity and a loan officer wasn't available. I was told that I would get a call back; no call yet and it's going on three weeks.

I have tried multiple ways to unsubscribe from the email list over the past year without success. I receive multiple emails daily on a weekly basis.

I use ARC for both a refinance and an investment property purchase. I was doing both at the same time, working with different teams at ARC. Response times were pretty slow. They almost never answered the phone or called me back. My agent would call me to get updates and all I could ever say was "I don't know. I'm waiting for them to call me or email me back." They preferred email which was frustrating because sometimes you just need to talk to someone on the phone to clarify things, especially when you're about to write them a check for $200,000.
In the end, both the refinance and purchase went through. They offered one of the lowest rates which is good, but the process was stressful. Maybe the pandemic caused a shortage in their staff? I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and give them 3 stars instead of 2.
If you have patience, give them a shot. But if you're impatient and customer service is your top priority, look elsewhere.

The people I worked with directly were responsive and helpful. They earned the stars. Underwriting was very difficult to work with... cumbersome and seems to try to fit all people in the same box. That is what lost the stars.

Arc Home is a wonderful entity to work with. The people I have been in contact with are true professionals. They have knowledge of their business practices, they are friendly, and make it easy to understand what my options are. I'll stay with Arc Home any day, I like being treated with respect, and know the people I work with have MY best interests in mind. Thank you ARC HOME!

My loan agent clearly walked me through the process and was able to lock in a rate that saved me a lot of money, and shortened the length of my loan (30 to 10 yrs.). I was surprised how competitive the closing costs were. I'd use Arc Home again in the future.

I have been with ARC for quite a few years, recently I have refinanced and remained with ARC. The refinance went near flawlessly, just the normal hiccups that occur with any financing. However if you ever need to speak to a person due to an issue be prepared to wait an hour or more because of the automated phone system. With the refinancing there was a problem with my last payment. All payment for my mortgage were always processed electronically, After being on hold for 94 minutes, I was told my payment information was incorrect for this last payment. Therefore it was sent to ARC collection, I mailed a paper check, as this was the only form of payment the agent said they would accept, over 3 weeks ago. The payment has still not been accepted, it is still a looming headache that seems to have no possible resolution in sight. Although the mortgage account shows a zero balance I am told, by one agent, that the payment still needs to be made, and by another agent that the balance is zero don't worry about it. Its my credit rating, not ARCs do do worry about it. Just poor customer service starting with a fully automated phone system that has little instructions on how to contact a live person, be prepared to go through multiple menus and be disconnected several times.

The agent was very courteous and understanding. She was very patient in listening and understanding my situation and painstakingly explained everything to my understanding.
