All the folks I’ve been dealing with have been awesome. Very helpful and understanding. I’ve already referred my sister to ARC and will be telling any of my friends who are looking to refinance.

Too many requested documents. Some are irrelevant. Complicated underwriting process. Leading to decline.

The experience was easy and quick. No issues

I understand that certain steps have to be taken when getting a home loan. However,if you are a current customer with no late payments ever in history of loan, and your refinance will lower your payments nearly 1/3, seems that a few things should not be required. Sure; check that credit rating is still high and no lawsuits for delinquent payments are on file. Once you see that bank statements show the same income sources, why do you continue to need documents? Same house same borrowers
lower payments. Simple logic...make rules that are not one size fits all. They pay on time now: what are the odds they will continue the auto payments on a lower rate??? Probably 100%....

It's now been three weeks since I applied for a mortgage.
I'm very disappointed with the way things are going, I'm about to give up and give up and go to another bank.
Nobody can be reached by phone either, I think that's a bad service.

After being a long time customer, I tried to refinance, and figured it would be very hassle free. However, the process was still long, and multiple items came up that I had no idea, and instead of communicating, the lender just automatically set it up for me to pay. I did not even recognize the items and did not communicate, just wanted me to pay and add it to the refinance

It's the worst customer service I have received from anybody I tried to call that this person for several weeks and I have no answer leave a voicemail send a emails this is regarding my refinance situation if you give me a choice again I would not do business with this company again

Excellent deal and professional stafff made it an exceptional experience.

We have purchased many homes and refinanced a few times. This time by far was our most pleasant experience. Patrick took his time and explained every step and we looked at my different avenues to take. Patrick made sure we had the best deal and made sure we understood everything.

So far everything has moved along very well with my refinance. Everyone I have talked to has been nice and hopefully the rest of the process will go as well!
