I called to report holes in the yard - voles?
I called to report holes in the yard & flower beds. Told them we suspected voles. They said they'd have someone come out the next day. Hecame while I was gone - I never received a text with an approx. time. Also, he wasn't told what to treat so he repeated the same spray treatment that was done a month ago! When I responded to his completion text, I told him the problem so he returned. I showed him the holes and he said he would set up another bait station in the back but he did NOTHING in the front yard that was also impacted (yes, I showed him the holes there too!). After he left I looked for a box in the front yard & when I didn't find one, I texted him asking where he put it. I got NO REPLY. I was able to confirm there was nothing done in the front yard because I worked there all day the next day trimming & filling holes. The holes are back again -- more than ever.

Service is good
Service is good, but trying to cancel or reschedule is challenging. I couldn't get through to cancel, so I got service when I didn't need it. I would rate a 5 if communication was simpler. Like replying to the text reminder instead of going online or calling and being directed to the app vs. answering.
