Lying company

Lying company. I am a returning customer and they promised me to send me $150 visa card. Upon checking, they say I don't qualify even though I called the dedicated line for the offer and mentioned the offer upfront to salesman Jaden Adams. Truly unprofessional. Don't sign up with them.

No problem with service

I never had a problem with service. Technician Miguel texted me to let me know he was on the way. Wasn’t home but he went right to work treating the exterior. When finished he took pictures on where treatment was applied. I appreciate that. He did a 10/10 service.

I have always had very nice people to…

I have always had very nice people to come spray for me. I like the pictures and the last person was good enough to go back after leaving and spray the sewer for me cause I forgot to tell them.

I have never had so many ants in my…

I have never had so many ants in my yard and wasp nest. I have specifically addressed to treat the yard and beds for ants. I waited for the treatment to work and just treated my lawn myself with a lawn spray to kill ants, and a host of other bugs and it was one and done. Not happy with the change in pest control service.

Cleaned out outdoor termite signs

The gentlemen that made the inspection was very polite and knowledgeable. However, I believe it was a mistake to tell me the weep hole had mud packed it it, and that was a sign of termites. He said he had cleaned it out. I feel he should have shown me the problem, and THEN cleaned it out. I am left with some skepticism.

Chris did our service today

Chris did our service today. I am very pleased with the inspection and work he did. Due to expected rain he used dry powder in the weep holes and around the exterior. He was very knowledgeable in explaining it to me.

they decide for you

That the application day is not on a number of week but when Aptive decide sometime was only 3 weeks others was 4 or 5 weeks. probably is not so good like they said.

The tech remembered my house and pets…

The tech remembered my house and pets immediately as he had treated it before. He called on the way and ask if I had any specific pests to treat.
I told him that I have been seeing roaches everywhere in the house!! I suggested that I thought they they were coming from the garage and ask him to treat that area also. I reminded him to be mindful of the Mercedes my now deceased partner bought . . . and is a real thorn in my side, FYI.

Service is great but scheduling tech not so much

Service is great; however, scheduling the quarterly treatments seems to be an issue for them. Always try to schedule 60 days from last treatment resulting in my having to contact them to reschedule at the appropriate time.
