This place is such a scam. They came around door to door selling their services. My husband signed up for quarterly service. He questioned the sales guy about service being quarterly and the contract stated monthly.
Sales person stated they would handle discrepancy at the office.
They came out and provided service and started billing monthly. Husband called to advise of the agreement to quarterly and they stated they would have to increase the price to quarterly pricing. Which he agreed to l. They AGAIN BILLED MONTLY for 3 months at the same time AT THE HIGHER QUARTERLY PRICE!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. We have reported them to our bank for fraudulent charges as well as to BBB!

I have been with Aptive for several years now and I've never been disapointed in the quality of service. This is a quality based company and has quality service personnel!! Each service technition has been profesional in every way during each visit and always checks to make sure that they've done a great job before leaving. This kind of quality is always pressent. I've had several other pest control companies in the past but none of them come close to matching the quality of Aptive!! My recommendation is simple, Stay this way!!! You're not a "Numbers" company, Your're a "Quality" company!!! That's a BIG diferance.

The tech came inside the in house (1st time ever) and treated flying moth in pantry ask if any other concerns . Place in both bathrooms and kitchen roach bait. Then went outside to that the yard. I really liked the idea of him coming in the house to treat.

In summary Aptive service was oversold…
In summary Aptive service was oversold and under delivered. I contracted for the pro package, and added mosquito treatment. Soon after the first visit (which was significantly shorter than the sales call) the mosquitoes ramped up in force. The agent showed up with one backpack sprayer and a pole to knock down wasp nests. He said he sprayed the front yard before he got to the door, but there was no evidence around the foundation.
The wasp nests were for the most part knocked down along with muddobber remains. However they littered the front doorway and back patio.
On the first visit, the back yard was not treated, there was no mosquito abatement, and no fly treatment.
Subsequent treatments were sparse and still did not address mosquitoes, flys nor chiggers.
When I questioned why there was no treatment for these pests, I was informed by the workers that the traps and treatment materials were on back order.
In conclusion, the service was inadequate. We did not get what we paid for and therefore canceled Aptive.
For now I will self treat until I find a reputable and conscientious service business.
