Gap between service prover and customer service

I moved from other pest provider to Aptive and was told that I will get mosquito treatment in Pro plan but inspire of confirmed by customer service the representative who comes here doesn't do the complete service
So not a happy customer

Aptive gives great Service

The technician, Dalton, was very polite and professional when I greeted him at the door. He first asked if there were any specific problem areas e needed to address, then went on to explain what he was there to do. He texted me pictures of the areas he treated, before and after.

We have consistent services when Senica is overseeing our scheduled treatment.

The young man was very good and answered some questions I had. He also told me my front lawn is in good shape. My back lawn could either use a reseeding or the bare spot could be a garden.

Spends a good amount of time taking care to check everything.

Quarterly Services

I've been a customer since 2018, setup for quarterly visits but last couple of years, my appointments some how became every 2 months. I've had to call and remind them it's every 3 months. If you don't pay attention, you'll pay for 6 visits a year instead of 4...that adds up

Tech probably did a good job

Tech probably did a good job. I was out of town so I no no interaction with the tech. I really don’t like being given 1 day’s notice to service my home.

Pest Control

We have had several technicians so far. All of them have been great in helping with pest control solutions. We have had a couple different issues with mosquitos and rodents. They have put some mice traps in the yard along with mosquito traps and we are seeing less of both problems. They are very responsive when requesting an appointment as well. So far this company has been great!

Aptiv Pest Control broke their contract

In the past, I had a pest control with a Plano company for several years and never had any problem.
I had Aptiv pest control from the beginning of March 2025 through the end of July 2025. I explained the problems I had (German Cockroaches). The technician explained the best way to combat German cockroaches was to treat every two weeks. I paid for the premium service. Technicians never came every two weeks. The next time a technician came was one month later (April). He sprayed the outside of the house. When I asked him to treat the inside of the house, he replied he didn't have time. I asked for some glue boards. He replied he didn't have any. He then left. The next time an Aptiv technician came inside my house was two months after the initial treatment. In July, I went downstairs in the morning. When I turned on the lights, I found a swarm of insects covering the range and kitchen counter. It was disgusting. It made my skin crawl. This was after two treatments inside the house by Aptiv technicians. My insect problem only got worse while I was under Aptiv's contract. I was under the impression they would control the insect problem. From that point forward , I decided to treat for insects myself. I have refused any more appointments from them. The service they provided was really worthless. I don't even want free visits from them. Aptiv charged me a $199 termination fee without my permission. I feel like I am the victim of extortion. A customer shouldn't have to pay for a service a business does not provide.

This place is such a scam

This place is such a scam. They came around door to door selling their services. My husband signed up for quarterly service. He questioned the sales guy about service being quarterly and the contract stated monthly.
Sales person stated they would handle discrepancy at the office.
They came out and provided service and started billing monthly. Husband called to advise of the agreement to quarterly and they stated they would have to increase the price to quarterly pricing. Which he agreed to l. They AGAIN BILLED MONTLY for 3 months at the same time AT THE HIGHER QUARTERLY PRICE!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. We have reported them to our bank for fraudulent charges as well as to BBB!
