All of the technicians that have visited us have been very courteous, considerate and friendly. It gives us confidence to have them in our home and the techs are always able to answer our questions.

In summary Aptive service was oversold…

In summary Aptive service was oversold and under delivered. I contracted for the pro package, and added mosquito treatment. Soon after the first visit (which was significantly shorter than the sales call) the mosquitoes ramped up in force. The agent showed up with one backpack sprayer and a pole to knock down wasp nests. He said he sprayed the front yard before he got to the door, but there was no evidence around the foundation.
The wasp nests were for the most part knocked down along with muddobber remains. However they littered the front doorway and back patio.
On the first visit, the back yard was not treated, there was no mosquito abatement, and no fly treatment.
Subsequent treatments were sparse and still did not address mosquitoes, flys nor chiggers.
When I questioned why there was no treatment for these pests, I was informed by the workers that the traps and treatment materials were on back order.
In conclusion, the service was inadequate. We did not get what we paid for and therefore canceled Aptive.
For now I will self treat until I find a reputable and conscientious service business.

I had Roaches appear after an early…

I had Roaches appear after an early treatment. When I checked the treatment given it was not consistent with my initial request. I spoke with Neil before he applied the last treatment and he corrected the problem. No roaches have appeared since then!

Can’t even tell they were here

They didn’t get all of the wasp nests down and since they came I’ve had spiders everywhere

Courteous, professional and thorough

The guys that have come out to our home have been very courteous, professional and thorough. They have been pleasant to work with, came when they said that would, and checked to confirm all was taken care of before they left. I have been extremely happy with the techs that have come out to take care of our bugs! Best news yet, so far I haven't had a springtime ant invasion this year! Yea!

Very thorough technician

Very thorough technician, always friendly and asks if there are any special issues I'm concerned about. He takes photos of all areas treated and leaves detailed information when completing treatment.

Useless

Called to have them spray the mulch and around the house for maggots and gnats. The guy sat there and argued with my mom on why he doesn’t think maggots are in the mulch. We weren’t asking him, we were telling him where the maggots were. Super awkward guy and I’m pretty sure he walked the line but didn’t spray.

VERY satisfied with this company!

Service is quick and I don't have to get my kids or my parents out the house for them to treat our home. Lots of communication from the pest control person who is servicing the house. Really good and timely customer service. I was aprehensive at first but this has been one fo the best decisions I've ever made for the family home!

Aptive field techs are always awesome!

Aptive field techs are always awesome. Very attentive to the job and thorough. The only draw back to Aptive, is trying to get a hold of the office for any other business. They NEVER answer the phone, or your on hold for VERY LONG WAITS! If it were not for how good the field techs are, I would go to another provider.

Termite bait stations damaged irrigation pipes

Termite bait stations were installed around my home. A couple of days later my sprinkler systems turned on to water the yard and I discovered that one of the bait stations appears to have been installed and punctured the water line to the irrigation system. So now water is spewing out of the bait stations and not watering my yard. I contacted Aptive and they said that they would have the correct person help correct the situation. After not hearing back from them for two weeks, I once again contacted them and the said they would have someone contact me in order to deal with the issue, two days later and still haven't been contacted.

Great customer service

Casey our tech listened to our needs and determined that the previous tech missed some areas of treatment so he covered those and instead of charging us a full treatment he told us to call customer service and let them know he was doing a reservice instead. Customer service was great too!
