Yes definitely a scam. I bought from them too. Same fake shipping link, coming from China. After several emails asking to cancel order, they offered 20% discount (even though the items weren't sent yet). Then 40% discount. They assured me it was a cheaper option than me returning the goods to China. I threatened to return the goods when they arrived, so don't bother sending them. To my surprise, they gave me a full refund!

Like others on here I thought I was buying NZ made, after I got tracking number with UK in front of it I was a bit worried, after seeing the tracking get to NZ then disappear I though here we go no goods and my bank was useless in helping me out with 2 to 3 times I filled out their scam website form. After giving up any hope of ever seeing my money again, the items arrived at work and were as described on the site, the peaky blinders jkt and a Yellowstone type top, have worn the peaky blinders top numerous times and find it quite comfortable, but I was one of the lucky ones I guess

I purchased several items back in Aprill 24th . I have not heard from anyone at all after several emails . Not sure what to do next . I would suggest to stay well clear of this company. Im usually very careful. But I think I have been scammed . 😡

My parcel arrived, but not the item described, bought a "cosy mens KNITTED jersey" received a printed sweatshirt I could have bought for $20 from Temu, seriously disappointed

Purchased two items link found of Facebook. Only to find out I had been scammed. I am normally so careful I’ve reported the issue to the bank / authorities, and I encourage others to do the same.

Same as everyone else. Waiting on shipping company. Another scam! So annoying as it looked legit. 😡

Bought 2 items 3 weeks ago. Promised to deliver by last week. Tracking link no longer works. It took some time to identify a courier company, but limited info of country of origin. No response from my emails. Finally the items came. Two sweaters that look like they were purchased at The Warehouse. One was like a god-awful metallic green plastic-like thing - which was described as "cozy knit". The picture - nowhere now to be found - and the description fooled me.

After a bit of a fight, I was finally refunded my full purchase price, thanks to my bank, for goods that didn't arrive.

Don't buy from these cockwombles. Total scam

Purchased this item in good faith - have emailed them several times only to be told "it is with the shipping company" they are overloaded because of public holidays - WHATEVER I am so disappointed in this so called company who are only out to benefit themselves
It is now with the bank fraud people so hopefully I will get a refund -

Wish I could give zero stars. I have been chasing the goods, a refund and a chargeback this whole time since April. I'm usually careful buying online and I'm annoyed with myself for falling for this scam. I just get copy and paste emails and promises they are contacting their courier. Don't know how they sleep at night!

SCAM ALERT I have just lodged a dispute with my bank to get my money back from these scammers. Have been waiting since the end of April for my item to arrive. Have emailed them several times only to be given a run around. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!

Total scam, reported to CERT NZ and NZ Police.
Their website seems to have disappeared now. Links in their emails no longer work.

Big mistake, they are a total rip off!!! Ordered nearly 2 months ago and still waiting. Correspondence from them is just excuses and won’t refund! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Stupidly I've been waiting for my order since 29 April thinking it was coming from London so I gave them some grace. Now reading all these reviews realize I've been screwed big time. As I havent seen them on fb for awhile either.
Will be contacting my bank to hopefully get my money back.

These people are a total scam. It's funny because when I made my order it was a closing down sale but now the web page says stock clearance. No response from them to my emails regarding my order. They are just taking your money. STAY CLEAR!!!!!

This is a scam, and paypal doesn't protect you. They provided a fake shipping confirmation (with no delivery address) and paypal closed the case in their favour. Don't fall for any of it

*UPDATE* I've since contacted my bank and card disputes and they have initiated a chargeback of my purchase. I'll receive it in the next 3 business days. THEN I had AOTEAROA BOUTIQUE email me (funny because they stopped replying to my emails about my purchase) that they see I've requested a charge back, then sent me another link for the tracking saying they can see it''ll be out for delivery to me. NO... it's not. The tracking is the same as it has been "order processed by shipper" and upon going onto the tracking site, it's still showing as "waiting for courier to collect". THEN they asked me to contact my bank and cancel the chargeback which would help them tremendously! THE Actual audacity!! HAHHAHAHA c'mon!!! I laughed and replied ABSOLUTELY NOT!! I sent the email through to my bank and they agreed they would NOT cancel the chargeback. Honestly, the more we push to close these types of sites down the more we will win. I know thats a hard push, but it's worth the try!!! Good Luck to everyone that has been scammed and can work through the issues with these disgusting thieves!!!

Fake website. A total scam. No product, not in NZ at all. Took money and no contact or product since. Fake shipping notice. DO NOT TRUST.

I have reported to NZ Cert, Netsafe and NZ Police.

Update: I finally received a refund a month later, only as I sent them NZ cert's notification to NZ Police.
Be careful - they are now back up on Facebook with the same clothes pics and a new name.

I can’t believe I’ve fallen for this scam too. It’s been two weeks and my order hasn’t even left the warehouse. I am saddened that someone would stoop to such underhanded methods to take people’s money and falsely advertise products as being designer when they are cheaply made. I will be reporting them to the Police, CERT NZ, Netsafe and my bank. I have requested a refund but have yet to hear back from them.
