This is the second time we’ve used the services of AnyVan and again, they did not disappoint. Krys, the courier, was punctual and efficient, keeping us up to date with progress on pickup and delivery dates. Moreover, he cares about his customers’ possessions and we would recommend him and AnyVan wholeheartedly.

I used AnyVan for a two-person same-day delivery and it went completely wrong. Updates were sent to a phone number I haven’t used in years (despite entering my current one), and I had to keep chasing for info all day. The job was delayed, rescheduled last-minute, and the fridge arrived with broken legs.
What made it worse was how my complaint was handled — no real apology, just a generic £20 offer after weeks of chasing, and I had to follow up twice before their claims team took accountability for the damage. Felt like I was being dismissed rather than helped. Really disappointing overall. AnyVan do not appreciate their customers or take customer service seriously - it took them almost 2 months to give me a luck lustre response for why they did not deliver the service I paid for and the potential misuse of my personal data

I used AnyVan for the first time to pick up an item of furniture from a store in Germany to be delivered to my home in Ireland. The whole process was seamless; not only that, it was also fantastic value for money (at least 50% cheaper than any other means of delivery). In addition the communication was superb throughout the process with regular updates on both pick up and delivery times. My chair arrived on the date promised in perfect condition. It was our first time needing to use a delivery service and we were very worried but we didn't need to be.From the very minute I contacted anyvan it was a pleasure. It was Joseph who we used and he was excellent we know the minute he came to collect our valuable items that they were in safe hands and also kept us up to date all the time.
He collected our boxes from clonmel co Tipperary and deliverd them in the same exact shape to Murcia in Spain with a big smile.We would 100% recommend Joesph and will use again.

Jonathan was the customer service executive who delt with my request and he was brilliant. He got me the best deal even though, i only made the request on a very short notice , I have only contacted anyvan oneday prior to the house movement. And the mover was so good,Joe. My house movement was seamless and was so stress free.

Anyvan.ie (same company as the UK one) was polite and apologetic, so no issues with him. However, the quality of drivers aka Transporters is shocking! Poor customer service, lack of communication, no apology, don't bother to reply to emails, phones turned off, moan about quoted price and increasing it as they believe there's more stuff. The Transporters as they are called, keep you guessing, as they don't reply to emails, texts or every Whatsapp messages and just say "I'll let you know a day when we will come". But what day and time will you collect or deliver?
Anyvan UK and Ireland come across as a proper removal and delivery company, but the drivers they are using are foreigners with poor English, I haven't dealt with a British or Irish yet!
Also Anyvan are not open on weekends, so no telephone support if you have a problem with the driver!
I requested a deposit refund several times, but reluctantly agreed to a second driver, only on the basis they can pick up and deliver on the dates I require. It remains to be seen if they will. So far, no communication from Transporter to confirm they will pick up on the dates I want.
I have been left stressed out by the whole experience, and wouldn't recommend Anyvan to anyone! My only advice is hire a van yourself or pay a 'proper' removal firm, yes you will have to pay more if you do, but the job will get done. Don't go through the stress and frustration I have for the past two weeks, when I first paid Anyvan a deposit please, save yourself the hassle, I wished I had done!
It remains to be seen if the second transporter I have been offered actually delivers, as so far he too has not replied to emails, so I still haven't any idea what day or time next week he is coming (if he does) and it's now 5 days before I have to move house! I will have to make an official complaint otherwise, even seek legal advice, as people are not adhering to Job Sheets agreed, which is really a contract of terms.
Please Be Aware: Once Anyvan UK or IE take your deposit, they merely hand you over to the Driver aka Transporter and then have nothing more to do with you. As in my case, the Driver can ignore emails, texts and calls. They can keep you waiting to know what date or time they are actually going to pick up and then deliver. Anyvan don't help when the driver falsely claims you have more items than was indicated and demand more money. My Job Sheet was originally €440, then the driver demanded more, at that point I was desperate as first driver let me down and cancelled. So I reluctantly agreed to pay €740. Only to then be asked for €1,000! After the pick up.
Your goods can be held to ransom by any old driver, as that is what Anyvan provided, any old bloke with a van. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. You pay for what you get after with Anyvan.ie or UK, it's extremely poor service!

After being let down by another 'Man with a Van' company, I wasn't expecting much, but Anyvan.ie really delivered. Literally.
I booked them at extremely short notice, expecting next day at the very best - and they turned up 2 hours later, on time, kept me informed as to their ETA - they picked up the load and delivered it with a smile and a minimum of fuss. Sorted! I can't believe I ever booked with anyone else, because I definitely won't now!

The ordering process was straight-forward and once we had selected a suitable quote, we could communicate directly with the van provider. During our latest booking there was some confusion over dates and these were promptly resolved by our Anyvan account manager, Jonathan. Would we use AnyVan again? Definitely. This is our third time using Anyvan for moving personal items and it won't be our last.
It was easy and economical way to find a van with helpful driver.
First gave a 4 hour time slot (my furniture was in storage) then the driver told me that he wouldn’t get to me before 6. The office told me that I would have to pay to reschedule, after I spoke to the office the driver would actually reach the storage unit at 4pm which he did with 2 helpers. They then procrastinated for 45 minutes because they had to load a cage so the forklift could take it to their van so the forklift man had other things to do and then left. I spoke to the office and was told that I would not get a refund because I cancelled the job!!! We’ll see! Paid £300 for a service that I didn’t receive. DONT USE ANY VAN!!!! Worst company ever!!

The forklift was there waiting for them to load the cage. They tried everything they could to not do the job. I was told he wouldn’t get to me til after 6 then when I rang the office I was informed I’d have to reschedule “and pay to reschedule” then the office spoke to the driver and hey presto he was there at 4. The forklift was there ready complete with operator all they had to do was load up. It’s not classed as a different floor if they are not expected to carry the furniture down the stairs surely.
