Such a great experience and the movers…

Such a great experience and the movers were very helpful! Our moving coordinator Jonathan was incredibly helpful and very communicative as well! Cannot recommend enough!

Even though the driver was over an hour…

The bidding system is great

The bidding system is great! We found someone who was priced within our budget, was easy to communicate with, prompt and punctual, and extremely well prepared and professional. The website overall is very easy to navigate, the reviews and info for the various drivers is accurate and is trustworthy. Would highly recommend.

Extremely friendly, helpful and efficient service from start to finish service from the…

Extremely friendly service from the very start. Helpful and very efficient.
Updates always available and can contact with no difficulty.
The driver was very friendly and helped load and unload my belongings.
My move was from frankfurt germany to ireland so there was alot of organisation but everything was made easy and non stressful.

I got a very good quote for transportation of a jeep from Italy to Ireland. Anyvan acted very quickly and got the jeep picked up within 3 days and Emmanuel the driver kept me informed throughout.

Poor coordination at cost of customers

Poor coordination at cost of customers. They can apologize a million times “sincerely” but refused to refund. Be aware of to is poor platform company who deleted comments if it’s negative and did not provide reference number in time. Wonder if their positive reviews all have job numbers.

If I could give a minus I would. I dealt with your operator (who trust pilot will not let me mention and has asked me to remove all names, his initials were JD) over the phone re the booking. The driver in this review is not an issue it is the OPERATOR.
I originally asked for a quote and was informing what I needed moving. He provided an Initial quote that would not include all the items I needed moving. After some too and froing he linked me on the phone with the driver and we had a 3 way conversation over the load and the cost. The driver gave me the quote from him and OPERATOR intervened and said they needed to add on to that their fees (originally were around €100 but he was now adding €200 on?). I informed them it was too much and I would keep shopping. OPERATOR phoned me later and asked if I had perused the quote and would I be interested. I told him I could source a van and hire 2 men for €100 less than the original quote he had given me. I told him the bigger items I did not want to move or have to lift myself as did not want to strain my lack. OPERATOR then told me that he would take the original load with a mixture of 45 big and medium sized boxes plus an extra man to help the driver out so I didn’t have to do any lifting. I agreed and was to meet the driver at the container where the items where. The container was a 20ft container with household items.
When I arrived at the container the driver was alone and said that he had told OPERATOR that he would not provide a helper and would not be taking the full load as promised by OPERATOR. I said that OPERATOR had said that this is what was going to happen and he said he had told OPERATOR it wasn’t. I ended up having to assist the driver in lifting all the items and loading them in and out of the container into my garage. This in no way reflects badly on the driver as the are contracted out by the company and he informed OPERATOR what his price would give me, but OPERATOR deceived me by lying about what I was getting to obviously meet his sales quota for the month.
Before I agreed to the quote OPERATOR was chasing me or was available at all times when I reached out. As soon as the deal was done and monies were transferred I was ghosted. OPERATOR did contact me and said he hoped we could sort something to make things right, but as of yet I have not heard from him or been offered anything to help me in regards to moving the rest of the items I paid for.

This is the last email I sent and still and still no contact.

Hey OPERATOR hope you are well. I’m guessing once again you forgot to ring me, or were too busy. The final phone call, which you were supposed to get back to me with the times etc of the call which you never did, you told me that all of the 18ft would be cleared and also the two men for the original agreed price. We did not even meet the transit of goods with the phone call details that you say happened (even though this was not the final call). THE CONTRACTED DRIVER also told you that he would only do the original list not the revised and also told you there would not be a second man, so you misled me to get me business. I did tell you I could hire a van and get the whole job done with 2 hired help for €100 less than you quoted and that’s when you told me he would definitely do it. I also told you I didn’t mind paying the extra as I didn’t want to ruin my back moving items and I had to assist THE CONTRACTED DRIVER with moving items. My wife was also in the car with me when you confirmed the price and 18ft and 2nd man, so I definitely did not mishear you. I do believe you have mislead me and I am not happy with the lack of contact, or interest, you have in dealing with my lack of satisfaction of the service you sold me. I would like to talk to you as you keep mentioning to ‘make things right with you’ (me) as so far I have not see this demonstrated. Please get in contact at the latest by the end of tomorrow.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I’m very sorry to hear that you’ve been left disappointed with your experience. I completely understand how frustrating this situation must have been, especially given the confusion over the load size and costs discussed at the time of booking.

Upon reviewing your booking, I can confirm that you selected the option with the smaller inventory list. The Transport Provider did not agree to complete a full container move at the booked price, and instead offered the use of a van and trailer at an additional cost, which was declined. As a result, only the items listed on the original job sheet were loaded on the day.

Our team also explained that the service you booked reflected the declared inventory and quoted rate, and therefore the Transport Provider acted correctly in line with those details. While we appreciate your feedback, the matter has been reviewed thoroughly, and the compensation requested cannot be upheld as the booking was fulfilled as agreed.

The removal men who were tasked with my move were extremely friendly and understanding of my situation. Staying in contact throughout the morning of the move to notify me of what would happen. Would recommend again.

An efficient, reliable, dependable removal company

I used this company last week and I was so impressed with them in every regard.

48 hour misleading policy

They tell you that you can’t cancel the booking in the last 48 hours but you can edit the items up until the last day (on the website and in their email).
What they don’t tell you is that in that timeframe they will charge you if you increase the items but not reduce the charge if you don’t want to not take that extra item anymore. This cost me £100 more than my original quote.

The customer service is probably outsourced and the one common theme is that they have no respect for the company values. They refuse to provide complaints information and are extremely condescending.
The onboarding team is fantastic and very polite and will call you to get you as a customer.

I am being charged almost £200 more than their own quotes for the same job because of a technicality. I have tried calling numerous numbers with no resolution.

Go for a local company instead or hire a van.
