Brilliant shopping experience. Out I of Stock items that were delivered two days ago, instead of later in the year
Packaging excellent and delivered by Royal Mail which is a bonus these days.

Absolutely brilliant service from the guys at the cardiff branch bought another 2 rc models from them .always very helpful and will give you all the advice you need .

Always a great service and good prices, cannot fault them. Always quick to ship and on a rare occasion when there are issues, quick to resolve.

Ordered an Item on the 19th of February, Paid for courier delivery, got invoiced on the 19th of February and email confirmation 22nd saying dispatched.
A further email receive 26th of February saying goods have just been dispatched. As of the 2nd of March order not received. emailed them only to have my email bounce back.
AS I paid for a courier delivery charge I would expect a better service even in these unprecedented times. The fact that my enquiry was on the return thread of a sent email and bounced back makes me suspect that the email has been rejected on purpose. I am waiting a further 24 hours before phoning as 3-4 days is the quoted delivery time. if order had been picked earlier it should have been dispatched at the latest on the 23rd of February.

Bought a Corgi Short Sunderland 1/72 model I've wanted for ages and was far cheaper here than anywhere else, Item arrived Monday after being ordered Friday PM. Very impressed with the service and would certainly use again and recommend.

I have not had a good time with these staff (cardiff branch ) lately so I thought I would give them a chance to redeem themselves .so looks on line there open closed at 4pm so drives to cardiff parks the car walks to the store and ITS CLOSED .. 245PM CLOSED looks on line AGAIN to see if I made a mistake NO ITS OPEN SAYS SHOP is open . Yet all locked up in pitch darkness I asked the guy at the shop across from them NO CLOSED M8 I rarely see that shop open on sunday if they do it's for an hour or so . ..

What a complete waste of my time and patrol.

I've been a regular customer of Antics, both at their warehouse store in Stonehouse and Bristol, for many years, and there is nowhere else I'll go for my supplies.
Their staff are really friendly, knowledgeable and always extremely helpful. It always feels like they are happy to go above and beyond to help, which you just can't put a price on or get from an online only retailer.
I'm always emailing asking them to order me various bits and bobs, and they always manage to get me my items very quickly and with zero hassle.
They are exactly what you want in a local model shop - lots of stock, friendly staff and great service.
Can't rate them highly enough!

Having ordered a very expensive model with 24hr express service I was more than disappointed when the courier service 'lost' it. I contacted Antics and they were willing to move heaven and earth to rectify the situation. Not only did they chase up the courier but they were prepared to pick the same model up from Cardiff and deliver it to Coventry themselves. Not only that but they kept me informed by phone and e-mail. Absolutely wonderful customer service that went above and beyond my expectations. The staff are a credit to the company and if I could give them 6 stars I would! Incidentally the model did eventually arrive.

I went to the Cardiff branch on Saturday. With a vague idea of what I needed. The guy there was very knowledgeable and made the 50-mile trip worthwhile to buy the Vallejo Model air paints. it was also good to talk techniques, to share tips and get advice.

Will be returning.

Very disappointed by my experience with this company, they accepted an order and payment details ten days ago (conscious that at this time of year, orders may take longer but a courtesy email would have been nice). It took two emails from me for them to reply and say the item was out of stock (which also caused a lot of disappointment as it had been ordered as a Christmas gift). They stated that I
would have seen this when ordering (which obviously, I didn't or would have never placed the order) but did not respond when I asked why they would take an order and payment details for something they were unable to fulfil. In fact, I received an email stating that my order had been received and was being processed.

I advised how poor I found the customer service and they could not have been less interested, their replies bordered on argumentative (I was so surprised by their tone that I will share on forums to allow others to make their own minds up about using the company). They stated they had found one of the models in stock then within minutes, claimed it was damaged and couldn't be sent after all. There was no suggestion of an alternative solution, which, along with a genuine apology (instead of the 'sorry for any inconvenience' line at the bottom of a very blunt email) would have made a big difference and gone a long way towards improving my view of the company and their customer care.

The tone of their emails was terrible, a very bad reflection on the company and clearly demonstrating no customer care or empathy for the situation.

I would avoid this company and spend your money with someone who actually appears to value not only your business but also feedback and the customer experience!

Excellent company - have ordered several items previously. This time my order came with right box from CORGI but wrong aircraft inside. Phoned company and a replacement was despatched same day and came next day before I had even returned the original. Great service.

Overall very good service! My item came very well packaged. I would use this company again.

I was after target air pistol, the shop in Stroud never had a clue what I was on about and referred me to their warehouse . After some head scratching they said they had one but the wrong caliber ! Its not so much they never had one its the total lack of knowledge and care that got me !! One to avoid !!!
