After thinking my iPad would not be recoverable from Istanbul Airport lost property having noted it missing on the UK bound aircraft l discovered this company. They handled its retrieval and shipment back to me professionally and at reasonable cost with it arriving back quickly and well packaged.

I accidentally left my personal belongings at Antalya Airport and needed to have them returned to me in Serbia. My bag contained my phone, wallet, bank cards and other personal items.

I had already contacted the Lost & Found office at Antalya Airport. They confirmed that my belongings had been found and assigned a reference number to my case. However, I needed someone in Türkiye who could collect my belongings from the airport and arrange their shipment to Serbia.

I contacted this company and received help very quickly. They explained exactly what documents I needed to prepare so that they could collect my belongings on my behalf. I prepared the required power of attorney, had it translated into English, and sent them all the necessary documents.

Shortly afterwards, my belongings were collected from the airport. The company carefully prepared everything for international shipping, completed the necessary shipping documents and arranged delivery to Serbia. They also clearly explained what I needed to do at every stage of the process.

I especially appreciate how carefully the shipping documents were prepared. Since these were my own used personal belongings and not goods purchased abroad, it was important to declare everything correctly. As a result, the customs clearance in Serbia went smoothly, and I did not have to pay any additional customs duties on my belongings.

Throughout the entire process, I received excellent support. I was kept informed at every stage, all my questions were answered, and the shipment was followed until my belongings were safely delivered to me. Everything arrived safely and all my belongings were there.

I am incredibly grateful to the company, and especially to Fatih, for his professionalism, care, attention to detail and support. He was always responsive, attentive and stayed in touch throughout the whole process.

Incredible company. I left my phone at Antalya airport through customs near the McDonalds. I called the airport and they were less than helpful. Eventually said they said it, but told me I needed a power of attorney which has been notarised to release it to someone else. I got in touch with Fatih on Monday and by Friday I had my phone back with me in UK. He sent me an example of a power or attorney which I copied and signed myself, then used an online notary public. He kept me updated at every step of the way and the whole thing cost me less than £150. Incredible service, thank you so much Fatih and team!

attorney, data forms) and made the process easy to
understand, even though I wasn't familiar with the

Somehow I Lost my Backpack at Istanbul International Airport and I was really worried because I got a lot of important documents inside. I immediately go to the website of Istanbul International Airport to Inquire, after 2 days I received an email from them that they have it and either I fly back there or hire a courier to pick it up for me, but the problem is I'm from the Philippines and I have to spend a lot again of time and money to get it if I will go there myself.

I got in touch with this company, it was so easy - all via what’s app - immediate response and such an easy process to follow. They got in touch with the hotel, arranged collection, packaged it up and sent it back to me - I had it back days after getting in touch with them. Amazing service I am very happy!! 😊

On a recent trip from San Francisco to Tbilisi, I changed planes at the Istanbul airport. My plane was late to Istanbul and I was hurrying to make my connection, which made it very easy to leave something in the pocket of the seat in front of me. In this case, it was my journal. This is a small item with very little monetary value but large sentimental value for me. I had to ask Turkish Airlines multiple times if they had found my journal on a flight before they finally confirmed that they did. They said I would need to come to the Istanbul airport in person to claim it, which of course is a problem because I live in San Jose, California, USA. They said I could alternatively provide a power of attorney document that I got in person at a Turkish embassy, but the closest embassy to me is Los Angeles, which is 340 miles away. A courier service that Turkish Airlines mentioned to me said they could not help me without me visiting an embassy in person. So, when I found this Lost and Found company, I was so happy because they said they could work with a POA if I got it notarized in my hometown and apostilled by mail from the Secretary of State in Sacramento. It was a long, complex, expensive process for getting my little journal back, but the company was so nice to work with, and also was able to do it without me needing to pay for a notary translator, which saved me $70. Service was professional, helpful, and friendly throughout. I am so grateful to have my journal back.
