I am in the process of selling a house to a friend of a friend.I am absolutely gobsmacked that this company is still working remotely because of Covid.This is the only firm I know of that is still working from home apart from Canterbury city council. They say they are property Lawyers and have asked for Original planning permissions and do not realise that once the latest planning consent has been implemented then all Original planning consents are void.They have asked for instructions for the Solar panels which I receive money from EDF Energy.Who gets instructions for Solar Panels.We have stickers on all the input panels under the stairs with the installers number.Would any home owner know if there is a problem with their Solar panels.I think not.Anyway we have been offered 40K more from a lovely family from Saudi Arabia and if Andrew Lee & Co don't pull there finger out we will pull the sale.It's only another 4 months down the line and my Solicitors have all the info.

Absolutely delighted with the quality of service and performance of Mark Henderson and the lettings team.
The property was launched to the market and within a few days we had multiple viewings resulting in 2 asking price offers!
Always wary of sales people, however Mark fully backed up his words and I am delighted.

5 stars won't be enough for this amazing company.

The swiftness,quality and also the people that work at Andrew and Co is out of this planet.
We managed to move incredibly fast with them,and sometimes,there is assistance needed with your new place.
I called them for help,in 15 minutes I received a call back,an email,and the resources to get my issues fixed.(Small aspects, nothing serious)

From start to finish Andrew&Co have assisted in making the whole sale of my house effortless.

Initially I dealt with Ian who explained the whole process to me in simple terms and took some amazing photos to advertise my property.

During the viewings I had the support of Toni who was super flexible and efficient when arranging and supporting all the viewings. I have no doubt that this approach is what supported such a quick sale for me.

Natalie was then on hand to answer any queries I had regarding the progress of the sale and had the thankless job of seeking regular updates from solicitors, ensuring there was no drift.

During all of this the team were always approachable, knowledgeable and responsive and I can’t thank them enough.

The team at Andrew&Co was exceptional in dealing with the purchase of our home.
They were always quick to get hold of and following up anything.

They did our probate for us and took a load off of our shoulders at a difficult time. Totally professional and easy to communicate with. Can't fault their service.

The staff at the Cheriton office found buyers very quickly, indicating they're very well-connected. A delay in probate, which caused one sale to fall through, was handled without too much drama, and our contractual arrangement with them was respected throughout. Communication with them was first class; whether by phone, email, or in person. Recommended.

All the team here were an excellent support to us as we moved from outside the area. Especially Natalie who went above and beyond continuously. From showing us properties that were suitable to our needs (and not just wasting our time like some other estate agents) to supporting us with solicitor enquiries and providing advice when bumps in the road came along. I could not recommend this friendly and supportive estate agents enough. They really do care about their clients and customers and should be proud of not just how they work, but how they represent the brand and the area.

I rented a 2 bed house in Ashford through Andrew and Co a few years back. I was browsing trust pilot and came across the company page which has prompted me to share. All I can say is when we picked up the keys we were told the house had been inspected that morning, only to find the boiler had broken down. We reported to Andrew and Co in the first instance who were not at all helpful. We couldn't reach the landlord to resolve and was told by Andrew and Co that if we paid for a boiler engineer to come out, they would not support with the costs. Andrew and Co were also verging on belligerent when we moved out regarding the check out process. When dealing with them, I found them to be disingenuous and only interested in acting on the landlord's behalf. I guess they would; that's now their bread is buttered. When we were buying a few years later, we dealt with the sales team at Andrew and Co who were more useful in handling enquiries and were polite, unlike the lettings team.

I have also seen Andrew and Co have replied to another review, sharing a fair bit of detail of the particular case. A bit unprofessional and it would be more becoming to invite reviewers to get in touch with a direct email or phone number, should the reviewer want to discuss further, rather than airing 'dirty laundry' in public.

Very happy with the service we received from Andrew and Co, from start to finish.
They sold our house after an open day, we received 16 offers and chose the best one.
Unfortunately on our onward purchase we had difficulty's with our seller (not through Andrew and co) which affected our whole chain.
However Natalie was outstanding, kept the chain together and pushed through in very difficult circumstances, her patience and perseverance means that all parties have now exchanged.
You deserve a medal Natalie, thank you so much :)

I dealt mainly with Natalie, Ian would step in if Natalie was unavailable. From beginning to end the service I received was faultless and extremely professional. I was kept informed every step of the way, any queries I raised were answered promptly. The brochure and photos taken of my property were amazing. Although the sale was in a chain it was hassle free as Natalie was constantly updating me, liaising with the other sides estate agents to see where they were at in the chain, which I believe enabled the completion to go through within a couple of months. I cannot recommend this firm of estate agents more highly, and I will certainly be recommending Natalie Ian and the team.

I was very pleased with the advice and service from Andrew and Co. I was initially very nervous about moving forward with a house move, and saw 6 agents, a bit excessive but very glad that I chose Andrew and Co. Richard and Sanyell were friendly, available for any questions and my house sold in 2 weeks. Richard kept me updated at each stage and was patient whilst I found my new house! Would highly recommend.

Couldn't have asked for a better and smother sale transaction, Sanyell & Richard kept me informed all they way through and made the whole experience far less stressful. The weekly updates on may sale we spot on along with the free advice on my purchase etc. Would certainly be back next time I want to sell.

What an amazing team! I needed to find a place within 2 weeks, contacted Rachel and she was extremely helpful, next day booked a viewing with Matthew who answered all my questions then in less than 24 hours later I had a signed contract for the perfect place in the exactly location I was looking for. Mark talked to the landlord and everything happened so quickly. I’m so thankful for their support and outstanding work! Cannot recommend enough. Best state agent over ever dealt with. 10/10
