AMG Wills Limited Recensioni

I was recommended amg for financial planning generally and the topic of setting up a will was discussed as part of that. Stuart is extremely knowledgeable on the subject but is adept at making the complicated simple. He was very thorough and meticulous throughout the whole process and as such I would recommend him, especially to my parents who don’t yet have a will.

Excellent personal, thorough
service from Stuart at AMG. Stuart coached me through (what is) a sensitive & deep process, with so much to consider & go
Through. Can highly recommend.

After a lot of research on the internet looking into solicitors and Will writers I chose AMG Wills following a telephone call that Stuart made to me. He was clear in his explanation of what I could expect from a home visit and I did, at least initially, want to talk to somebody face to face in person. I was reassured by Stuart's visit that he understood what I wanted to set up, a new Will and two LPAs and was not pushy in the conversation that we had. Choosing the right person/ company to work with was important as I felt like I needed to trust them to handle the process professionally and this has been my experience so I would recommend AMG Wills Ltd to others. Stuart has been prompt in responses to emails, answering questions and setting up appointments in a courteous and professional manner.

After a long wait, on my part, I eventually got in touch with Stuart and was initially impressed by his ability to listen without interruption during our first telephone dialogue and with his informed answers to all my questions. During my visit to his offices, where I met various members of his team, I was confident that his patience, expertise and knowledge would make the rather daunting procedure of writing my will and two POAs, much less stressful than anticipated. I would highly recommend AMG Wills to anyone looking for a solicitor to prepare their
will and POAs at a very competitive price.

Throughout the process Stuart Phelan was very helpful and explained about the will and power of attorneys in a clear and plain English way. I was so pleased with the costs and service I arranged for my family to take out wills with him.

Stuart has recently completed the process of writing our Wills and setting up LPAs for myself and my husband. Stuart is very approachable and friendly to work with, whilst being knowledgeable, providing tailored advice to meet specific needs. Nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend Stuart and all at AMG.

Stuart helped my Mum to draft her will and set up LPA.
He listened to what Mum wanted and supported her through the process. Stuart didn’t rush her and she was able to make decisions at her own pace.
Mum felt at ease and was comfortable to put her trust in Stuart.

We wanted to ensure that our autistic son would be financially secure and adequately catered for, when we are no longer here to support him. Thanks to Stuarts specialist advice,we now have peace of mind that everything has been expertly put in place, so that there will be a smooth transition for our daughter to continue his support.
If you are looking for a friendly and professional service, then we would certainly recommend Stuart and his team at AMG Wills.

From the initial conversation with Stuart on the phone I was put at ease. I liked how he was prepared to listen and give information before we had decided to proceed with our Wills and LPA's being written.
He allowed us to move forwards at our own pace so that we could consider our options.
During his visits there was opportunity to build a sense of trust, which I thought was essential. He seemed passionate and caring within his work role and happily answered my many questions.
Last minute alterations were accommodated due to a change in circumstances, in a supportive way.
He gave clear instructions as to what we needed to do and kept us informed of progress.
I would recommend Stuart without hesitation for both Will writing and LPA's.

I would highly recommend Stuart from AMG! He is very informative and would give scenarios to explain complex things. Stuart would always make time for us, always a phone call away and sending frequent emails with updates. Having 3 children and sometimes struggling with childcare, Stuart managed to make the time to suit us and came to our house which was a huge help! We had lots of support and advice given to us regarding our will and I believe the best possible service and experience.

Stuart Phelan of AMG Wills was extremely proficient and thorough when helping me set up my Will and Lasting Power of Attorney recently. He explained his role in the process and talked me through the options available to me so that I could make an informed choice. The paperwork was done quickly and efficiently and the option to store my documents for a small annual fee with the possibility of making future changes to my Will without incurring further fees was very attractive.
I would certainly recommend AMG Wills to anyone setting up these important documents.
