From my first contact via Teams, Mark was quick to allay my concerns about being swamped with jargon that I didn't understand. First, the process regarding outlining the content of my will, then later similarly for the Legal Power of Attorney was thoroughly explained at a level and pace that was easy to ingest and understand.
Mark was professional, yet down to earth and fun to work with. He was contactable at any time should the need arise and was able to answer any queries that arose.

Mark did such a good job with our wills. We met up in person and he asked all the questions I expected, and lots I hadn't thought of. After that, there was a basic request for info, and then Mark took care of everything. Efficient service, delivered with friendly compassion.
