From my first conversation with Craig Garner, of American Financing, I felt so comfortable doing business with him. Having gone through bad experiences with two other financial firms, I was very hesitant at first. My goal was to refinance my home at a better rate and at the same time take advantage of the equity in my home. Crag made this so easy and flawless as he took me through an easy step by step process. He was always available for my questions and he has a way to simplify the process. I highly, highly, recommend Craig Gardner to anyone seeking sound financial direction.

What a great company! I have listened to the endorsement from my favorite talk show host for a year and when the time was right I went to the site and filled out my application. Dec 10 2021 to closing on Jan 17th 2022 this has been the most stress free business transaction I have done in many years. I was contacted by Justin White, my mortgage consultant within an hour and scheduled our initial interview call the next day which was a Saturday, my only day off. Within just a few minutes speaking with him it felt as if we had been friends for years. I was kept updated on a consistent basis and if not him updating me, nothing was missed with Heather Lorber my processor who was on the job with any information to pass along. The portal was the best and easiest platform I have ever used. Not enough stars to give to this company, Justin, Heather and the entire team right down to the local notary who came to our home. I sure wish I was an important or famous person so my endorsement would reach more people, but you'll have to just take it from this old common guy who needed help and got more than expected!

Alexandra Spollen was my consultant and was very polite. Alexandra answered my call on the first call or called me back quickly. The refinance was quick, explained throughly and all my questions were answered in terms I could understand. There was a few unforseen issue but we were able to work the issue out. I was very satisfied with the whole process.

We refinanced our house with American finance 3 times and the last 2 times was with the same person jason vigil. Worst experience ever!!! Never touched base, completely ignored phone and email!! We had to go through the main number just to get a response . Absolutely the worst experience ever

Had very bad time with American Finance, understand lots of refi’s going on but over 3 months and not completed! Mike McCome, Blake the “processor, and Monique Martinez…..if you are dealing with these people run, don’t walk way! Never again will I try to use a mortgage company that isn’t local! You have been warned!

John has very good knowledge in home loans. Responding to emails or phone call even snarky emails John does not do well. I like to get business done Efficiently myself, productive communication allows both parties to you speak then I speak, I respond you respond. When a person likes hearing themselves talk. I say ok let's get this experience and transaction over quickly. I got the mortgage I needed see ya by.
