Everything with this company was very very good. I had a complicated multi property refinancing project and it went super smooth.

This was our first experience working with AmericanFinancing.net.
Our Loan Representative, John Hazel was absolutely phenomenal!! He was very thorough and explained every piece of information from beginning to end and made this experience for us a memorable one. What a waste of time. They strung us along, kept asking for more and more documents and wouldn't allow us to extend the rate lock. The loan specialist talked down to us and shamed us because our income was just under what they required but yet we were told they would work with us. The loan specialist should be fired for how he spoke to us. If you don't have 750+ FICO and almost zero debt, they treat you horrible. Avoid this place.

Andrew Paulsen handled our refinance, cutting our rate and shortening the length of our loan. He had our loan program and financing figured out within five minutes on the phone and closing took less than half the time it took to close our original mortage.

This was our second time working with American Financing and our mortgage consultant, Chance was amazing. He walked us through the process in a matter of minutes and kept us informed of throughout the entire process. Any question or concern we had Chance had it covered before we even had a chance to ask. Thank you, Chance, for your professionalism, we will be recommending you to our friends and family!

From the very beginning Craig was there to walk us through the process. The entire experience was stress free from getting together the information needed to appraisal to closing. This refinance was the worse! The gentleman that helped me with my refinance jerked me around for several months. Then when I tried to back out I was told I would have to still pay the refinance amount either way. To top it off the paperwork wasn't don't correctly for my homeowners insurance. There was some kind of miscommunication and my homeowners insurance was cancelled. I found out months later. I would never use this company or recommend them.

American Financing was excellent to work with. They made the process smooth and uncomplicated. We worked with Craig Gardner and he was great, explained everything in detail and kept us informed of the whole process. The regularly sent us emails about our loan stages and what was next. We recommended them to friends and they are now in the refinance stage as well.

I recently refinanced my home through American financing. My agent was Andrew Paulson. HE IS AMAZING!! He is one of the most genuine, ridiculously patient, competent, efficient, true to his word people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Every step of the process was painless and that is not typically my experience with banks. The process moved along quickly. Andrew was so easy to reach, he responded immediately every time I had a question and acknowledged every document I sent right away. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I plan to use him in the near future for a home equity loan, I've already recommended this company to some other friends, and my son will be using them for his first home loan. I'm so glad I found them and I feel lucky to have gotten Andrew for my agent. I recommend them both highly!
