The company American financing assisted in my refinancing every way they could. However, John Hazel could have explained verbally what changes were being made to our initial agreement. Could have at least
discussed variius options. Felt a lack of Transparency.

John Hazel was amazing in working with us during the refinancing process. He kept us informed throughout the whole process and always responded to our inquiries with timeliness. Excellent service all the way round! I'd highly recommend American Financing to anyone!

I recently refinanced my house through American Financing. John Hazel was my point of contact and he was amazing. He and the whole American Financing team were great. They were quick, they were thorough, they worked with integrity and did what they said they would do and didn't hit me with any surprises. I loved how quick they were and painless. I recommend them wholeheartedly and no one asked me to say that. I mean that from the bottom of my heart.

This company was amazing!!! My loan officer Julee Ketelhut was the best part of the whole experience. It was not just a job for her she genuinely cared and went to bat for me when things arose in my situation. Everyone I spoke to outside of her was so friendly and helpful. The processor Eric Wedgeworth was also just as helpful and understanding. They are on top of everything and so organized and professional. I can’t brag about this company enough and I will recommend everyone to them without hesitation.

Going through a refinance can be stressful but this company made life very easy for me. Andrew and his team kept me up to date with the process and were able to get me locked into a lower interest rate.

This company is possibly the WORST
I have ever dealt with, PERIOD. I have now been trying to close on my house FOR MONTHS! The agent, his name is Malcolm has a major attitude, will not return calls, and now we probably have lost our rate! They can’t keep staff, those who are there to supposedly support him also will not return calls and I now know why. Do not deal with this company, run fast and far away!

Yoanne Mackita, Nam Lam and Tammy Lynn were most helpful with helping me through out the loan process
