Kerrie always does an outstanding job, not only in looking after and maintaining the plants health and appearance, but also in her communication and approach in making sure we are always up to date with the additional services and products that Ambius can provide and offer. Very impressive.

I have been involved with working with Kerrie from Ambius for 3 yrs now and never had any issues. They advise and on one occasion offered to replace a plant as did not survive where we had placed in our office.

Times are tough, but customer service matters
So far, I'm fairly disappointed with the service received. Throughout the quote early in the year we had top notch service from the sales rep Sarah Hockman, however more recently I've struggled to receive that same level of service when querying an incorrect invoice. Called a couple of times and promised call backs, but nothing yet. I was also told at one point that the issue was sorted, only to later receive a chase email as if we had never spoken! When I explained the situation over email, the response did not seem to register anything I had said and seemed like a copy & paste job. I'm really hoping this gets resolved as it's been a disappointing start.

Tasha has looked after our plants for years they visit every 4 weeks, she is helpful, friendly and great at her job, we have recently moved offices so Ambius have been more the helpful with this, Ian came to remove the plants with no fuss, then Ian and Tasha have been back to fit out our new office and it looks great, would highly recommend to others.

Have had the same company/flower lady for years (Wendy Boylin). Consistently excellent work, and superb attitude. I feel a bit guilty not writing a review sooner.. Occurred to me today after a brief chat, that Wendy can work like a ninja or hummingbird. You usually only see evidence of a job well done.

My Flower Ladies
since I've been working here, the quality of the orchids we get have been great as usual, guests are always compliments at them, the general maintenance to the other plants is top notch as always, Big shout out to all the Ladies we've had Tracie, Vicki, and at current Belinda and Wendy covering for her :) thank you lot for time bringing life to our floor!!!

Great no fuss service
We are lucky enough to have had our plants serviced by Peter (Brennan) for many years. He maintains the plants and gives us good advice, this means that we can relax and enjoy the plants without any effort or fuss.

Office Plants
our office plants are well tended by our Ambius 'gardener'. he comes every few weeks to refresh, dead head and generally tend our plants. He is always friendly but 'reads' the office well, so is only chatty when the office isn't busy. Can't complain about any part of the service.

Lance is our site operative, friendly, polite, always smart and gives a good impression of your companies customer values.
Communication between customer and operative is excellent, Lance always informs me of his plan for his time on site, talks to me in relation to any plants that need addressing and the action he is going to take.

The office arrangements are great. The staff attend regularly and look after the plants well. They are friendly and change plants when they are needed. They are very knowledgeable about their subject. I truly recommend them.

Appalling Service
As a hotel we have used their services for over 10 years but recently the quality of their work has deteriorated significantly. They are supposed to maintain our grounds but there is moss and weeds everywhere, bushes have grown so tall they are blocking windows and fire escape routes, which is a Health and Safety issues.
We rent plants from them but they are not well looked after, the pots are chipped and battered, the plants look half dead.
I have repeatedly raised the issue with our Ambius Account Manager but they are not interested.
I recommend looking else where.
