Received an excellent service from Brentford Florist .

I was looking for a special bouquet of flowers for my sister in law in Brentford, after looking at the bouquets on the website from Brentford Florist, I rang and spoke to Tracy who was very helpful and polite, and didn’t rush me on the telephone , I explained what I was looking for, nothing was to much to ask .

Tracy made a bouquet of flowers and delivered it the same day.
I would highly recommend Brentford florist , for the beautiful flowers received and the excellent service.

My sister in law was over the moon, with the beautiful bouquet it made her day .

I was let down by an online so called Flower Delivery Service. I ordered for next day delivery. Received a message the following morning to say my delivery would be delayed by a day. Not ideal when it's your other half's birthday. Then Received a message at 3pm stating my order was being cancelled.
TRACEY CAME TO MY RESCUE. RANG. LEFT A MESSAGE. TRACEY CALLED BACK AND MADE THE MOST AMAZING BUNCH. TO SAY I WAS DELIGHTED WITH HER SERVICE INCLUDING DELIVERING 90 MINS LATER IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. THANK YOU SO MUCH TRACEY.

My family and I have been using Brentford Florist for many years. Tracy has supplied different array of flowers, bouquets and wreaths which are of a high standard. We also look for Tracy’s advise if we are unsure of what flowers are available at the time of our enquiry and find her pricing very competitive.

I recently ordered flowers for my best friends funeral. Tracy was very helpful and understanding during this difficult time for me. The heart design was beautiful and was made extra special with Tracy adding BFF in gold letters for me. Flowers were top class. It was delivered on time despite me changing address. I cannot thank Tracy enough and highly recommend. I will definitely use again.
