We are very happy with our services from Kerrie. Always arriving at our office smiling and happy and all the real plants are still living without issue :-)

I work at The Heights in Weybridge, Building 1. We are visited every few weeks by Kaylea.
She is such a delightful young lady. We are always greeted with a smile and a positive, willing attitude.
Kaylea is definitely an asset and we look forward to her visits and of course our new plants!

Brilliant service the technician who comes to site is brilliant his name was Jordan

Quick and efficient. Our orchids do not seem to be lasting weeks/months like they used to. We are caring for them in the same way as we always have but they have been drying out and losing their blooms must sooner.

The technician (Natasha) was able to reschedule her day at very short notice to fit in a visit to our office ahead of the Easter holiday. As usual, she was extremely polite, efficient, and remains a credit to your company.

My hotel has been using Ambius for well over a year now and whilst their products are amazing and their attention to detail is great, my main reason for writing this review was to highlight their account care. I have regular meetings with my account manager, Clarissa, whom always goes above and beyond to help the hotel, despite me needing items “yesterday”, a real asset to Ambius.

Kevin is always seen daily maintaining kingsgate, helpful person, and always ensures the shop fronts are clean and tidy and no overflowing bins.

Ambius have been very helpful in bringing our new office to life with a range of live and replica plants. Linzi always kept us up to date of how our orders were progressing and if there were any changes with this, while John carried out the installations with little to no disruption ensuring a full walk round was carried out to ensure we were happy with the display selections.

My name is Aoife and I work for Axia Sports & Media Group Ltd in the Royal Liver Building. We have been with Ambius for over 4 years now and our plant servicing has recently been taken over by Jordan. Jordan is great! He always has a smile on his face, is hard working and always helpful when it comes to our needs. During the Christmas period, Jordan even took time out of his day to come and drop off our office Christmas Tree to ensure we had it in time for Christmas, despite us not having an appointment and there being delays from the warehouse. Safe to say it is always a pleasure to see Jordan visiting the office, he is a true asset to Ambius!

We have the scent diffuser boxes and Lance Robinson who works for Ambius is the gentleman who always attends our building to see us and other tenants offices. He is so polite and well mannered a real attribute to your company Ambius!

Recently we ordered an orchid and a green plant display for our reception from Ambius. We are very happy with the service we have received. The displays are gorgeous and Kerrie-Ann, Linzi and Josh were all very helpful throughout the ordering and installation processes. Well-deserved 5 stars!

We have used Ambius for quite a few years now to service the plants in our office and will continue to do so! Kirsty always does a great job, is lovely to deal with and easy to make arrangements with - would highly recommend.

Ambius and Wendy were very flexible during the pandemic to ensure they could visit on days when we had people in the office.
