Our centre has been using Ambius for many years and we have yet to find a fault in the service they deliver.
Lance is always friendly and polite and is thorough with his work.
We also receive many compliments about our flower and plant arrangements so a big thank you to Lance and the Ambius team.

We have Kerrie who attends the office and does an excellent job of maintaining our plants; she is professional, friendly and we hardly notice she is there.

I find Ambius to be a very efficient company. I have found every member of the team to be very pleasant and helpful

Kerrie, who services our indoor plants, is attentive to detail and most cooperative. She is always cheerful and leaves the area neat and tidy after she is finished. There has been a marked improvement in the quality/ appearance of all of our plants and nothing is too much trouble. I would not hesitate to recommend both Ambius and Kerrie
to anyone.

Always neat and tidy work completed to our outer and inner gardens. It's a pleasure to see Neil in the mornings - he's always happy and it's great to see another "early bird" with a smile to greet you first thing. He really cares for plants.

Kerry looks after our plants, she is great, always has a smile and we receive excellent service. We would definitely recommend Ambius UK.

Kerrie visits regularly to maintain and replace our office plants. She is cheerful, knowledgeable and efficient and we are always pleased to see her.

My only reason for not giving 5 stars was due to long delay and bad communication from the sales side of the business. The actual service we receive from Kerrie can't be faulted.

From initially speaking with Sarah, who did a wonderful job helping us choose our plants for our new office space, up until the delivery of these (and the wonderful quality of the pots & plants) we were impressed with Ambius. So much so, that we ended increasing out order a few months in to our contract! The fact that we don't have to worry about maintenance and ensuring we are treating the plants with the care they need is also a fantastic perk.

Linzi and Tracey in particular have been incredibly helpful to the best of their ability despite there being some issues. Namely, we have a busy office space with many client meetings meaning we have required a set day (and time) for servicing the plants. While this took a while to get in to a routine and confirmed, now this is in place it has proved to be very efficient and with minimal disruption to the day to day running of the office.

We initially had an issue with flies, which I believe to be incredibly unusual. Tracey helped us manage this and eventually we had to get replacement plants and start again. This, unfortunately led to some issues with the returned plant pots being quite badly damaged. Fortunately, both Linzi and Tracey were incredibly apologetic and proactive in rectifying this, with minimal impact and I can't thank them enough for their efforts in ensuring that we were happy with the plants.

I only mention the above so as to show that despite there being some teething issues, I would absolutely recommend Ambius as I have every confidence in Linzi and her excellent service standards.

Ellen Birch (Ambius operative) is an absolute credit to your company. Ellen always has a smile and her professionalism and dedication is exemplary, great job.

A Lady called Ellen comes to our office in Birmingham to replace the office flowers etc.

Lovely woman very friendly always have a good chat when shes here and she makes the flowers look amazing!

I use Ambius for my office planting and generally they are quite good, but this review is for the Christmas orders I placed. For the second year running, stuff that I ordered has not been delivered. That's a failure to fulfil a basic task. The order form that Ambius uses for its orders is poor as it has no record at all of what has been specifically ordered, it just lists a number of items. If I want to check what I've ordered I need to plough back though emails, not that I should really have to check. I get the distinct feeling that the staff are over-stretched and that results in poor service. Won't be using Ambius again for my Christmas orders.
