What an amazing group of people these people are.
We firstly visited a week before we brought our car from them but sadly the car was already reserved by somebody else who was on route to look at the car. The wife had fell in love with it at first sight and they allowed us to just sit in it to see if she could get in and out of the car due to her illness.
Sadly it looked like the car was sold and after a 2 hour wait we left, she left her contact number and hadn't wrote it down correctly.
The sale fell through and the company tried to contact us to take another look and test drive the car but due to her error they eventually tracked her down by Facebook and contacted her.
The car is amazing and just what she wanted the sale went through smoothly and everything from the test drive to doing the paper work and the payment was handled in an unhurried way.
All of the members of staff are genuine and will go out of their way to ensure you have a good experience buying from them.
Their forecourt is full of well prepared vehicles with many types on offer from electric to petrol and diesel manual and autos.
When my car is due to be replaced they will be my first port of call, may thanks to you all for a pleasurable experience and a very nice car that was reasonably priced.

More first class service from ALS. Booked my second car in for underside anti corrosion treatment (Lanoguard) and MOT. the treatment was advised by Stuart and should keep any corrosion at bay. MOT passed and the work all completed in really good time. ALS went beyond with the underside works and even repainted a section at no extra charge. ALS look after both my cars - both bought from them, and it's always a pleasure to deal with them. Honest, friendly, polite and professional. Ive been a customer for over ten years!

I strongly recommend A.L.S. Autos, I had a very positive experience from the beginning. I dealt with Stuart and he was very helpful and in particular honest throughout the sale. I initially went there to test drive a car and I ended up buying a cheaper car that suited my family better. He advised me impartially and he never tried to push me to buy the more expensive car. he was honest about the car and he did not try to hide anything. Stuart was interested in helping me find the right car, not the car they wanted to get rid of or that made them more money. I have not had a problem with the car yet but I am confident that if I ever have one they will do their best to fix it and as quickly as possible. If you live in Cambridge like me it is definitely worth the trip to Ely.

I bought a used car from ALS Autos just over a year ago now and have subsequently returned to have both an MOT and full service from ALS Autos. All excellent experiences and so I would highly recommend them from initial purchase through to long-term maintenance.

I recently purchased a used car from ALS, having agreed my initial deal, I was pleasantly surprised when I had a call from Jonathan, the salesman advising me he could offer me a better deal. Apart from this my whole experience with this car dealership has been second to none, because I travelled 130 Miles from my home in the Midlands, they even arranged overnight accommodation in the pub next door.

I recently purchased a used Skoda Karoq from ALS Autos, my first for several years, hence my trepidation at the prospect. I need not have worried! The transaction was straightforward and stress-free. The car was superbly prepared for collection and the paperwork was processed efficiently. If my experience was anything to go by, you can buy from this dealer with total confidence that you will be treated fairly and professionally.

Excellent service from the team as always, very last minute MOT required, fitted in the next day, carried out the work needed and my daughter was able to drive away before 5pm that day. Excellent service from Stuart, Sarah and the team.

I took my car in for a service and MOT. The car had been with the garage for a number of years, and I had a fairly good experience with them. However, this time, I ended up with a £1k parts list. I decided to get a second opinion as I couldn't understand how suddenly my low mileage car could end up with so much work to do. The second garage quoted me £120...clearly, I won't be going back to ALS Autos again.

Above and beyond always - we love ALS for their value and service - even after the sale they reminded be I have an insurance which meant I saved money when a warning light came on and my local garage wanted me to wait 10 days for a slot and then couldn't provide a car or time slot to check the fault.

Fantastic service,brilliant staff.
They are the only garage I trust.

Left car for M.O.T. and service. Telephoned at 3.30 and was told . M.O.T. fine but not serviced yet as they had emergencies in. Car was left from 8.30 in the morning...Service consisted of mainly oil change.Road test was not carried out. Extremely expensive for work carried out and will not be returning.This is not the first time this has happened.

Car service and fitting mudflaps to our car was carried out very professionally and timely. Thank you for collecting and delivering our car back on that day.

I have used ALS to service my Skoda for the last 3 years. The fact that I make a 50 mile round trip to use this garage says every thing about them.

I honestly can't fault this garage in any shape of form, there's nothing more I can say than that.
