I would like to take this opportunity to thank Steve Dalligan who once again was extremely helpful in finding me the perfect car. Steve is very professional in what he does and goes above and beyond, great asset to Trans City Skoda. I bought a car through Steve before and this was my second purchase through him and once again did not disappoint. We have recently purchased a replacement vehicle from Trans City Skoda. The swap went to plan and we are so pleased with the new vehicle. I have to say, we were a little cautious about buying a vehicle online without even seeing a photograph, but Kerry put me at ease from the word go and provided us with regular updates which was really appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble.

Bought a nearly new car from Steve. He was helpful and although I was unable to view the car until delivery he did keep me up to speed and the car arrived as described. It was a good price as well. Highly recommend

The arrangements, time and type of service etc are agreed and reliable. I am contacted if anything needs explaining, changed or agreed prior to completion. I am treated as a valued customer, which is hugely important to me as an older woman. Communications between the different departments is excellent. Staff are very welcoming and make you feel that nothing you need or ask about is a problem. I know I can trust their work and they will always do the best for my car and me.

Trans City Skoda is where you find The A-Team (known as Warren, Alison, Kerry and Sue to new customers) but if you have a car problem ….. and no other dealership can help ….then you should ring The A-Team - we did & our impossible was a reality with in two weeks!

We were first time Motability Scheme Customers & needed to find our perfect car that ticked all our boxes but on top we needed immediately delivery! Other dealerships said ‘almost impossible’ but when we asked The A-Team at Trans City Skoda for help we were amazed because they made our impossible a reality within two weeks!

Warren dealt with our initial inquiry and he was professional but friendly and above all listened to what we wanted and went above & beyond to find us our perfect car and told us we could collect it in 2 weeks! This seemed to good to be true but true to his word we collected our bespoke car 2 weeks later - our impossible was now a reality!!

We attended in person to talk to Alison, their Motability Scheme Expert who was friendly, knowledgeable, straight forward and guided us through the process step by step and was finished within 1 hour. However, we never felt rushed & got detailed answers to all our questions but overall she simplified the whole process for us.

We collected our new Skoda Kamiq from Kerry in person on the date agreed and as with Warren & Alison she was very welcoming, friendly & made us feel nothing was too much trouble for her. We felt she genuinely wanted to make sure we were totally happy with our car. She did a thorough final check that the car was as it should be - she even checked the little things - like the umbrella was there!! Before we left we she made sure we had all contact information just in case we had any questions later.

Sue, on receipt we dealt with on the phone but like Warren, Alison & Kerry she was very friendly & always happy to help!

Overall, the car and customer service from everyone involved from start to finish and even after was first class and exceeded our most optimistic expectations. Trans City Skoda have two new loyal customers for the future because that’s how positive our experience has been.

For these reasons & more WE HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED Trans City Skoda to our parents as they are also looking for a new mobility scheme car!

Have just bought a nearly new review from Steve at Trans City Skoda. The service was brilliant. He explained everything about the car in terms I understood. He then delivered the car to my house which meant I did not need to drive it for the first time in Walthamstow. Steve couldn't have been more helpful. I would definitely recommend this company.

Something has changed at Trans City Skoda. This is my second car from them and I have always found them great, until I took my car in for an 'oil service' this week. The bill came to nearly £700. I have had large bills before, but for older cars with a lot of miles on them. The leased car is only 3 years old, well looked after, has had all services required and all done by TCS. Very few miles on the clock. When I expressed surprise at the bill as I thought I had just come in for an oil change I was immediately offered a 10% discount. Another person collecting their car at the same time was also offered a 10% discount and someone on the phone was being offered the same. All of us in shock at our bills. I won't be getting another car from them.

We purchased our second hand Skoda here 2 years ago - and have been having it serviced here ever since.
We are delighted with our car and the excellent service we always receive from all the team. They are friendly and efficient and straightforward. Top notch.
