I ordered my candyfloss machine online…
I ordered my candyfloss machine online and it takes 2 to 4 working days days to receive it....the fourth day 8th July 2022 I phoned and spoke to Angela to inquire about my order and was told with all this loadsheading they having more difficulty to process the orders ...but was promised if it still arrives they will deliver it to me ( I was going to pick it up )..after speaking to Angela and I made myself ready to only receiving the order the next week ...she kept her promise ...they received my order and that evening they delivered my order at my house... Thank you to Angela and team...That is customer care...

Still awaiting my package over 2 weeks, communication is terrible until you complain, but seriously lacking, we know logistics is all over the place but showing something in stock that is not is unacceptable.
