Waited very long for my order. I would rather pay a bit more and receive my order within a week

Friendly and professional. Only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is that the order took a long time to fulfill.

If you do have stock of the product it should not take 5 to 7 working days to leave your store.. It should be delivered sooner..

I was updated every step of the process and they were transparent.

At least I received the parcel but the size is not as indicated online. The chap who is assisting me has asked me 3 times for the size I am after and 3x, I have told him.

Items I ordered online was not available in store. I also had to wait more than a month for credit after I have to make about 8 follow-ups with finance. Will not order again from Alpaco

I did not receive my order on time and there was no communication l. When I made a follow up the lady was very rude to me.

Sune Moller is the best salesperson to deal with she is fast and is very helpful. I will recommend Alpaco to anyone.

Three of the four boxes comprising of my order were destroyed by The Courier Guy, the box that wasn’t was so poorly packaged that the content was damaged anyway and unacceptable, I didnt even see two of the four boxes because the courier guy had open and cleaned the food products I ordered, which was totally unacceptable, I havnt even bothered with following up because the two weeks prior to the annual vacation date, nothing had been done!! Saving that headache for the new year!
I personally would recommend using another supplier who has local to your area supply, as The Courier Guy don’t give a c}@p about the content and you won’t have the result you’d expect from Alpaco 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

They were friendly and helpful. The order took longer than what was promised, and I had to follow up. But I did receive an email once the order arrived

horrible communication, rude, uninterested staff, lame excuses, long delivery wait. Completely unsatisfactory experience. Would not recommend this company at all

Their deliveries comes on time, not being on hold for long.

ordered again with them some items, which were on special...it took them 4 weeks to get those items and then they found out that my shop is in capetown...
apparently i was not in their data-base ?????
the person who is running my account was on vacation and the second in charge had no clue...not a good experience this time...
thanxx god the admin manager sorted it out at the end....will give them another try
