Our door locking mechanism jamed on a upvc door. The guy came and had a look. He didn't give us a price, he just said no problem. He broke the original lock off then took the locking strip off the door. He then put a £30 mortice lock on, all in 30 minutes. Then he charged us £420. Absolute rip off!

Super easy and efficient service after a problematic door locking system. Within hours of the problem then googling Allservices4u, the door had new locks fitted. Really impressed. Thankyou! Highly recommend!

Mine was a complex list of work in order to gain an EICR for my commercial property. Electrician Ahmet was exemplary in getting the job done, working well with my tenant. Very pleased all round.

If I would have to give a start I'll gave the no star at all. I contacted them for one of my property and they send me an quotation of £59+VAT labour and £20+Vat parts. guy showed up and asking for the £120+VAT for labour and £200+VAT for parts. He is really rude, no manners how to speak and asking for £150 just to showed up when I decline his price £384.

Next day I called this company explain the situation they apologies and told me that they will arrange someone today and part is bit expensive than quotation as your lock is extra ordinary. I agreed on this point and asked them that I will sent you the video; you can check which it is and give me the exact price. They sent me same price like before £59+VAT for labour and £20+VAT for lock and told me that it will slight more for lock while inspecting property.

They booked an appointment with me, I informed my tenants regarding this and they didn't showed up. they just cancel the appointment without letting me know. And when I asked about this to them they are like we are simply sorry, we can't anything more in this situation. Please you have no regret that you did wrong with someone.

For the emergency situation like that, they need to be bit serious. They are not disappointing me for a once but a twice.

Please be clear about your pricing, giving quotation of £94.80 and than asking for the £384 is not so good.

I'll never work with them. Customer care team if you are reading this comment please take some action on it.

Engineer very efficient, helpful and polite. He reported a couple of possible compliance issues so I was expecting a considerable bill but your Manager/customer service advised these were minor issues and the test was passed as Satisfactory, much to my relief.

Booked a plumber to sort out a leak at our property. My partner was in when they attended. Spent, literally, 2 minutes looking at the issue (took 2 photos) and said there was nothing they could do and we should contact our insurance company. He then proceeded to 1. Demand payment there and then, 2. Would not leave until payment was made via bank transfer despite doing no work (£118), 3. Plonk himself on our sofa and started to play one of my guitars. The behaviour was extremely odd, intimidating and unprofessional. When I asked for a full refund I was initially brushed off with a 'Jog on' email. After pressing this I was subsequently refunded in full. As an aside, whenever you contact this company via telephone it seems like a loose confederation of commission based sales people (and not very good ones) who, no matter who you speak to, answer all calls with 'hello'. No names, company, department info, just hello. This whole setup comes across as a giant scam.
