I had a lovely experience at this…
I had a lovely experience at this affordable practicing and recording space! It has a cozy atmosphere that really helps me focus on my work. I booked a morning slot at 10 am on Thursday, so it felt nice and private without any other visitors around. I definitely plan to return! Just a couple of small things to mention: the WiFi was a bit spotty, and I didn’t receive the PIN code in my confirmation email, which made my first visit a little tricky. Looking forward to coming back soon!

i booked the podcast room: clear instructions were sent on how this studio space would work and they had helpful videos on their youtube channel. only downside was the room itself had little bit of paint scratched off on the walls so it didn’t look exactly like the website, other than that it was really good

Everything was good but the headphone jack didn’t work properly. Surfaces were not clean and the controller was sticky

Filthy
Studio and facilities were completely filthy, from the studio to the toilets! Booked one of the DJ studios, which didn’t look like it had been cleaned for a while, people had clearly been smoking in there previously, rubbish on the floor and overflowing from the bin, aircon was dripping all over the floor, and most importantly, parts of the deck weren’t working. The toilets were honestly horrific… blocked, rubbish everywhere, floors and walls were covered in god knows what. Suggest a hazmat suit before entering.

It's been a few visits coming from NW…
It's been a few visits coming from NW London the standards have definitely dropped a bit regarding the state of the equipment the Air Conditioning in room 5 wasn't working properly and the backlit LED remote wasnt working also the speakers sound bit bass and not positioned correctly...also the room looks a bit dirty despite that I had a good DJ session think they need to stop people smoking 🚭 inside and outside and keep it clean otherwise the DJ equipment was in reasonable condition always nice to pass down but let down by basic hygiene and maintenance if equipment .

Regarding the air conditioning, it is functioning and its effectiveness depends on the settings controlled by the remote. For the LED backlit remote, it might have just needed a battery replacement—please feel free to notify us next time, and we’ll be happy to provide spare batteries.
As for smoking, we want to clarify that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building, and this policy is enforced 24/7. Unfortunately, if customers smoke outside, our ventilation system may sometimes pull in the smoke; we’re actively working on solutions to address this.
We’ve also taken note of your comments about hygiene and maintenance, and we’ll make sure our cleaning team addresses this to maintain our high standards. We're glad you still had a good DJ session and hope to provide an even better experience on your next visit! 🎶

Amazingly affordable and great dj studio
Absolutely loved this studio. It’s a lot smaller than studios such as pirate which is not a bad thing, however it is also massively cheaper than pirate. I payed £7 for 2 hours with their xdj-xz which is super super affordable. The chat support was mega helpful, and super quick in responding. My only dislike is that I had a broken selector / scroll wheel, used for selecting songs. This made it incredibly difficult when navigating through my library as it was constantly jumping and giving false inputs, however it was manageable and i’m writing it with the hope that this will be fixed by my next visit.

Missing, Damaged Equipment
Reached the recording room 7 and started setting up, and was missing an XLR cable for the microphone to the XLR channel box, clearly the last person prior to our session had taken it. By the time we realised this after looking around for it, contacted support and received another one. Upon plugging the new cable, there was severe interference and static coming from the microphone whilst recording, through lots of plugging and unplugging we were able to get it work, having lost over an hour of studio time. The process having taken so long, we were ineligible to get compensated for the time lost.
