Everyone at Alisons Automotive was so friendly and helpful. Lia, who we were with, was great. Professional, polite, cheerful, relaxed. No pressure. Made the experience a pleasure. Our daughter and grandkids now have a v nice, low mileage SUV for a good price. All v happy. Highly recommended. Will go back.

Just picked up an A-Class Mercedes and I had a fantastic experience with Alisons automotive Group, I got picked up from the train station promptly, aloud to look around the vehicle on my own without any pressure, had a lovely coffee whilst paper work and admin was being sorted, overall it was a great experience. My sales manager was Lia and she is a credit to the team. Absolutely 5-Stars guys. Thanks a lot!

I drove all the way from Sittingbourne to Bristol to get the car and it was worth it ! Ellie new employe has gave the best customer service and everybody was very friendly. Ellie has answered all my questions showed me around the car, offered a coffee. The car is beautiful and amazing I am in love. Thank you all so much you all are great!

Just picked up my new car today and I was amazed to see the car looked virtually brand new inside and out, very clean.
Service by lia was outstanding from start to finish was made to feel welcomed and made comfortable. Would recommend to anyone looking. So many cars were there even though I couldnt afford the lamborghini, the car I chose turned out to be a nice gem.

Had a great experience with Alisons Automotive Group from start to finish.
I originally went for a test drive which was set up with jack, bust seen a different car which I preferred whilst I was there. Unfortunately someone else had reserved this car however jack informed me that there was a similar car coming in. 10 days later I went to collect the new car, trading my car in for part exchange.
The whole process was stress free and easy, the team were very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend this company.

Communication was spot on, nothing was too much trouble, and the team made sure everything was ready exactly when they said it would be.

Evidence by an expert engineer and specialist that ATSW had deleted the DPF system from the ECU of my vehicle as well as other fault codes, to try to mask and hide faults with the vehicle which unfortunately had led to the reoccurring faults! These are not allegations!! They are facts! !!! Even though they have changed their name I will continue to review every single review site to warn others, they continue to flag my review as illegal but, it’s not defamatory when it’s the TRUTH!!!!
These people just change company names and keep trading!

For anyone reading the reply they sent for my review, check all my reviews on other platforms, this is the same company. They are all liars! if anyone has been involved with Jack or Matt from Alison’s trading premises, jack is the director of Auto trade south west and Matt was the general manager ( but there is not involvement of any kind mind haha) Jack is also using their Alisons trading premises for correspondence to the court but they are not the same company ;-)
