5x5 Glueless straight wig!
The wig came as described I did have one concern but the company was very nice at fixing my concern. Customer service is excellent!! This is not my first wig from this company my experience has always been good.

The original wig I ordered had to be customized, but I did not have the time to wait. I was offered an alternative, which was great. The shipment was fast, and the sellers responded quickly to all inquiries. The customer service was great, and I am pleased with my purchase and experience.

Firstly, your package has been successfully delivered to the recipient's address. I have also sent you the proof of delivery for the package and a photo of the delivery to your doorstep, and confirmed that the delivery address is correctwith you . Secondly, when you contact us as soon as possible to provide feedback that you have not received the package, we firstly handle it for you. And have contacted DHL multiple times to verify your delivery status, and the investigation results have been notified to you as soon as possible. At the same time,I also suggest you how to hand it but so sad . You did not cooperate with us to handle it, insisted on not receiving the package, left a review, and submitted a chargeback. After one month of handling the incident, this review was left again. We have explained to you multiple times and provided evidence.

TLDR: I got awful, smelly, cheap dolly like hair, asked for a refund - back and forth for 1 week and offered $25 despite paying $255.68 and treated with the utmost disrespect and contempt.

This has been a nightmare experience from the beginning. I ordered this hair on the 26/10/23, I had to download a strange app which didn’t update any of my tracking details, I had to contact customer service repeatedly just to receive an update and get my delivery.
When the hair arrived it SMELLED - badly, when I washed it still smelled. It SHEDDED CONSTANTLY and just felt like cheap plastic rubbish if I am honest. I combed, brushed and conditioned it and it just got worse.
I notified customer service with photographical evidence on the 19/11/23. THEY TOLD ME TO SEND THE BRUSHES AND COMBS THAT I USED and that they would be performing a ‘hair test’ at their factory - after sending pictures of my brushes and combs they told me they only sell ‘perfect real hair’ even after I showed them photos of the spoilt hair and I did not even receive the results of this so called ‘hair test’.
Overall, customer service was incredibly, UNREASONABLE, PATHETIC and RUDE.
I PAID $255.68 FOR THIS HAIR AND TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE A $25 REFUND (yes, insulting). I have now requested to be put in touch with the manager because this is appalling.
Lastly, word of advice - support real black owned stores instead - this is not worth the hassle and I was being treated like some fraudulent, desperate, scammer despite asking for a FULL refund for a faulty product like any regular person - I tried to reason at first but they clearly don’t care about their clients or our demographic despite plastering our images all over their stores - Rubbish.

And we usually firstly sent email to customers when the package arrive in the destination country.When you contacted us to inquire about logistics updates, the package was in normal operation. And reply to you as soon as possible.
Regarding the issue of hair smell, when you open the package, if there is a slight smell. This is a normal phenomenon. After normal hair cleaning and natural air drying, the smell can be eliminated. The last and most important point is about how to comb hair , please use a wide comb or your fingers to comb hair

I purchased a regular order from Ali Grace. When I tried to track the status, it requires you to download an app and then go on a wild goose chase downloading more apps and inputting more personal information. Then I received an email telling me because its customized, it will take longer, but I didn't customize anything!
I've emailed them, I've messaged them on their online chat box, and to date, have received no response and no package. Not sure if this fraud, so BEWARE!! I'm reporting this to my bank.
