Must purchase budget friendly

The hair here is great
The hair here is great. I was scared ordering from a new website at such late notice but the order came in about 4 days give or take. On the other hand the hair is good quality and full.

Poor Customer Service! / Hair Not as Advertised
Poor customer service, not understanding, not accommodating. Don’t argue with your customer especially when you are in the WRONG! Received wrong hair and they want to compensate me £5-&10.
This is the worst hair I’ve ever come across it SHEDS EXCESSIVELY. Was a loyal customer I had been ordering with them for years. NEVER AGAIN! They have Lost a valuable loyal customer. Will be doing a more in depth review on YouTube.

It took so long for them to actually ship my hair out. I contacted them to see why it was taking so long and then they informed me they hadn't even shipped it out yet. Poor communication. Wig came and it said the knots would be bleached when I ordered online, unfortunately they were not bleached so the wig did not look natural at all as you could see the lace when I put it ion. Also quality of the hair was poor. When trying to get in contact with ali grace using the 'support' email address given, they do not want to know. They say customer satisfaction is at the top and they will help, when it comes to an issue, they do not want to help and they have made that very clear. I tried to leave an honest review on their website but they keep on deleting it. What is the point if they clearly only want 5 star ratings. I wouldn't mind if they tried to resolve the issue but they just have been very unhelp. I paid $230 for 2 wigs they are telling me they can only give me $5 back. I am still battling now.

I Bought The Kinky Straight
So I placed a review on their website, and they deleted it so I'll post here. The hair sheds (even after I sealed the wefts) and the ends are terrible, I had to cut my 26 to a 23 1/2. Also it refuses to hold a curl... This wasn't like Ali grace I used to buy in the back back days, this is mid at best. 6/10 because the hair is beautiful and full. If you can take shedding maybe stick with their curly....

I tried this company because of tik tok I DO NOT RECOMMEND
The bundles literally aren't as thick as I thought they'd be and I had the 3 bundles pack and the 24 inches was the same as the 26 inches they weren't any different. And the hair had a smell when it came in.
