Fraud
They had an image of a thick/full 13 x 4 Transparent Lace Deep Wave Wig and I got a very thin wig.
Clearly false advertising but they want to say it’s just a model. Naturally it’s just a model, however if use a picture showing the wig being full, I’m expecting the wig to be full when I purchase it.
I paid $182.19 and they want to pay me $15.00 as compensation for being lied to.
Oh yah, the picture they had used has now been removed. Fraudulent behaviour. I’m surprised they have some good reviews.
Unsure how to respond to your message below, thus I’m adding on to this one.
You have insistently tried to put the blame on me. You have said that I should have contacted you if I didn’t know what to buy instead of taking accountability for your false advertisement.
You said the hair I purchased was 180% density and if I wanted it thicker, I should have contacted you.
How about you don’t put pictures up that do not match your hair? And saying 180% density is a stretch. You have seen the pictures of what you sent me. It is basically a ponytail. You have scammed me. You know it was false advertising because you have even changed the pictures now. I still have the picture of what I thought I was getting.
You have refused to give me a full refund and have refused to pay me at least $55.00. This is not even half of what I paid.
You keep deflecting and not taking accountability. I would rather you just give me the full refund.
It’s a shame I can’t put the pictures of what I ordered and what you sent to me on this platform. I’ll have to do that on the others.

This company has refused to issue a refund for me without deleting my review.
Now I understand why they have so many good reviews. It’s obviously because they make customers delete their reviews.
I have advised that if they issue a refund, I will gladly edit my review to show that we have come to a resolution but they keep saying no. Delete it or write a good review.
Fraudulent company. Take no responsibility for their actions. Require customers to lie/delete honest reviews instead of holding themselves accountable.
They keep ignoring what I am saying and saying the same things. Going around in circles so they don’t take accountability for being fraudulent.
I advise caution to everyone who purchases anything with them. I would advise no one buys anything. My experience doesn’t have to be your experience. Please be very careful of being scammed and being coerced into writing good reviews.
