I honestly cannot recommend the team at Alastair Saville enough. I was the buyer in a recent purchase and I am so happy that the home I wanted happened to be marketed by them. From Christine booking the viewings, to Judith who did the viewings, to Anne-Marie and Kate who handled all things after offer, the whole team are fantastic. They helped where they could all the way to completion date and nothing was ever a problem. Highly, highly recommend and thank you for bringing me and Jake home.

Alastair Saville Estate agents in Maghull have handled the sale of our property extremely well, they kept us informed every step of the way from marketing our property, arranging accompanied viewings and updating us throughout the selling process once offer was accepted and even completing our final meter readings when we couldn’t get there, to finally informing us the sale was completed. From the moment we put mums house on market and whilst still grieving they were compassionate and understanding that this was a difficult time and took the pressure off us .
They were honest about pricing and took photos to they highest standard to help with sale.

Exceptional estate agents. Every person we dealt with at Alastair Saville was a complete professional and we always felt like we were in safe, trusted hands. Alastair Saville were actually our sellers Estate Agent. But to put it simply, the sale would not have gotten across the line without them. I used alisdaire saville in Maghull to sell my house in fazakerley & to buy a house in maghull. My house sold the same day and all went through very smoothly, I didnt really need to do anything as they took care of it all. The marketing was brilliant. The house I was buying was more complicated but Alisdaire Saville were great with their help & communications to the seller & all solicitors involved. I offered asking price on a house, gave ID, offer accepted, soliceters involved booked and paid for survey and the house is still being marketed. Offered over zoopla recommended by £5000. Considering withdrawing, will take the hit on survey as company say its their policy until after survey. We'll... to that!

Buying a property via this agent and still they are still marketing it as for sale even after solicitors involved and survey booked and paid for. Keen to introduce me to surveyors (£80 more expensive then a really good one with trust pilot good reviews). Buyers need commitment. My agent sold my house and had it under offer same day(the other extreme as mortgage of buyer hadn't been approved!). Buyers and sellers beware this could cost you a sale plus lost survey fees for buyers.

Absolutely excellent service from all. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anybody thinking of using estate agents keep it up thank you.
