Excellent staff, responds to alarms much faster than most other central stations & very knowledgeable about alarm panel setup.

Unorganized, unprofessional and unethical business practice. Pointless security company! The owner of the building that I lease a space from had installed a very expensive security system from alarm relay. When I had Alarm Relay come out to re-start the system for my business to utilize, they were unable to do simple tasks like allow me to change the password on the alarm code. Something that is an obvious necessity when having a new business moving into a previously occupied space. The hardware was antiquated and constantly losing connection, which means I was getting phone calls multiple times a day for a non emergency. When the alarm did go off once I was asked if I wanted them to send someone out to check on the store, and THEN I could decide whether or not to call the police. Uh, so after about 45 minutes from the actual alarm sounding, the police would finally get the call? No thanks, I don't think anyone robbing a store would still be there after that long! Oh-and if I gave them my consent to call the police and it was not an real emergency, (i.e; my employee accidentally set it off) I would have to pay a fine! Save your money! Have your own security cameras and alarm installed and call the police at your discretion, it would be much cheaper, safer, and more effective in an actual emergency! Also, the alarm was constantly having issues, and also with the sensors, and no one in the tech department (same place they couldn't reset my password) could ever help resolve the issue over the phone. And they charge a minimum of $80 to go out to your place, even though it's their faulty equipment! We finally had to unplug our system because of the sensors going off every 3-5 minutes. Annoying to us and especially to our customers! And PLEASE read the fine print! I decided not to renew our contract after one year for obvious reasons, and about 4 months later I received a letter from a collections agency saying owe Alarm Relay $350 for this current year! I haven't used them since before my contract was up LAST year and they were not and are not currently providing security service for me now, but for some reason I'm expected to pay them? For what exactly?!! The equipment has been paid for, so It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. It's extremely unethical and poor business management. Stay far away!

We are very satisfied with the 24/7 alarm monitoring with Alarm Relay. We receive calls and notifications when my alarm goes off, they check with me
to find out if everything is Ok. They are very reliable and it gives us a peace of mind. I recommend them to my friends and family.

I like Alarm Relay. They have great low annual prices, and their monitoring is great. I get a call each time my alarm goes off(usually it happens by mistake). they can use any hardware you may already have like I did with my mom's ADT equipment, or they can sell you a set up like what i did . Its the usual price, mine ran about $550, but when I compare to my sister's $60/month from adt, buying it out will pay for itself in just one year.
But make no mistake, if you need onsite help, thats where the cost comes up. This is great for existing system or if you are a good DIY.

I have been using this company since 2009. Whenever the alarms goes off, like clockwork, I can expect a call on my cell from them within 15 seconds. They also have walked me through the process of programming a 2nd keypad as well as a door sensor on the door leading from my garage. Two thumbs up.

I've used Alarm Relay for probably 10 years now and have been very satisfied with their monitoring service and of course excellent prices. During this period, I have set up three different homes with them and in all cases they patiently worked with me to set up the existing alarm system to work with their monitoring service even when it required some equipment add ons and substitutions to get there.
