Install process was prolonged due to…
Install process was prolonged due to complications on our end (our old company wouldn't release the cellular signal) and on not clear communication on their end. Eventually got worked out after rescheduling tech appointment 3 times. I also got conflicting info on what ap is needed to control the system- still trying to sort that out. Otherwise has been very responsive and quick to call back if messages left.

Customer service was excilant to set up the account with Katy and the tech walked me through the reprogramming of my existing key pad over the phone with no problem.
Only issue I have is that I received by mail two window / door stickers to show and "advertise" Alarm Relay when I signed up. I have four doors on my home so I call customer service and requested more stickers. They said there was a charge to order more stickers - Come on guys, I am trying to advertise your company - I own my own business and we give away our tee shirts so people will know who we are and and we get our name out there to be seen. and you are going to charge for stickers. (who's idea was that ! )

Great since day 1.
We have always felt secure since day one. Thankfully, no one has actually tried to break in, but we set off our alarm at least once a week and the call to our home comes within seconds. I usually burn dinner at least once a month, Alarm Relay, calls again within seconds. Thanks for your help keeping my family safe.

New Customer
The cost for monitoring both intrusion and fire is less expensive than other competitors which made my decision easier as well as their customer service.

We used Alarm Relay for several years…
We used Alarm Relay for several years in our previous location and it was a no-brainer to go with them again in our new location. Excellent service and really great people to work with.

I came from another company which I thought had great service. But after experiencing the service from Alarm Relat I can say they are night and day better. Great customer support with fantastic pricing options .
