tried to make extra money; follow-up too slow
Technician called after I had signed only to recommend that I upgrade my system. When I refused, he was able to connect it anyway. I had also been told that I could use the alarm.com app the same day -- over 24 hours later I have yet to receive a passcode. Not smooth, folks.

response to alarms has been immediate. service is truly outstanding.
Can't beat it for the price.

SUPERB alarm response team. Better than the 3 previous big name monitoring companies I've used at 1/3 the price.

Great service
Had this service for over 1 1/2 years now. Everytime an alarm goes off for some reason, the company calls within a minute! very polite and courteous. Also cant beat their price. Highly recommend.

Low rates and great customer service
Two things: 1) Their service costs less than others for comparable features. 2) Their customer support is better than anything I have experienced before. When you call you get a knowledgeable person on the line immediately. They made a mistake with a shipment and offered a discount to compensate for their error before I could even ask for it.
