Really happy with Carmen and the team! Carmen was quick with the responses and was able to accommodate survey really quickly with Bianca. Communication was easy and clear, given that the subject might not be. The report made by Bianca was very easy to read and well detailed with pictures. Pricing was the best I found in the market and overall the experience was very smooth. Would definitely recommend!

Do not recommend. Made several errors in reports which have cost us heavily due to miss-calculations and poor negotiating skills. Very slack with communication, I’ve had to constantly email on a near weekly basis to chase for comments and reports. Too many mistakes.

Very happy with Aston James, they were professional, courteous and I was able to book a surveyor the day before due a cancellation. Was easy to communicate with them and fast. Patrick came twice to see the property when I asked advice about some problem that happened after the first visit. I would definitely recommend them.

Really shocking customer service, ignored multiple emails. Breached their own terms and conditions.
Report finally turned up, late, full of typos and grammatical errors. Asked them to correct three times and still left dummy text in where they couldn’t complete it properly.
Would not recommend and will be escalating further.

I reached out to a number of surveyors about getting a valuation report for the sale of a flat, and went with Aston James in the end because they (a) responded promptly and (b) had no problem taking into account of certain special resale restrictions in the lease. (At least two other surveyors were unable to do it due to said restrictions.) The surveyor who performed the valuation was very professional, and listened carefully to my explanation of the resale restrictions. I expected to receive the report within a week, but it took only a little over one day!
